Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Consultant with comprehensive expertise in enterprise-level application development across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud. The role demands a strong architectural mindset combined with hands-on execution. The Consultant will also play a critical role in understanding the current system architecture end-to-end, driving technical improvements, building the tech team foundation, and establishing structured technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the complete architecture of the existing systems, including web, mobile, backend services, and cloud environment.

• Provide hands-on leadership across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

• Architect and optimize enterprise-grade applications for scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

• Conduct technical due diligence on current systems and propose improvements or refactoring plans.

• Build the foundation for the internal engineering team including hiring support, role definitions, and best-practice processes.

• Drive engineering workflows including coding standards, branching strategy, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation covering system architecture, API specs, deployment playbooks, and SOPs.

• Review code and provide mentorship to engineering resources.

• Coordinate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical design and actionable development roadmap.

• Troubleshoot and resolve deep-stack issues during development or production.

We are looking for a hands-on Android Developer to join the mobile team for Empuls. The applicant must have Android software development skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, rock-solid apps. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java and Kotlin code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and a minimum of 4 years of Software Development experience. 
• Knowledge of mobile automation and experience on platforms such as espresso.
• Knowledge of application profiling and performance monitoring tools such as Android profiler, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
• Excellent coding skills in an object-oriented language such as Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Have published at least one original Android app.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

React Native Role :

We are looking for a qualified React Native developer to join our Engineering team. Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS.
2. Experience with React Js, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and

JavaScript object model.

1. Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
2. Hands on experience on React Native Framework at least 2 years.
3. Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
4. Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN or Mercurial)
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
6. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
7. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM etc.

10.Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.

• Experience in optimizing all important parameters like network utilization, application size and battery.
• Experience with kotlin, coroutines, dagger, retrofit, rx-android and android architecture components etc.
• Understanding of MVVM or MVP architecture to maintain separation of concerns.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with version control like SVN/Git
