Requirement Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Illustrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital illustration, have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other similar illustration software, and possess excellent communication skills. With 2-4 years of experience in digital illustration, you will be responsible for creating high-quality medical illustrations that are both scientifically accurate and visually engaging.

What will you be doing here?

• Create detailed and accurate digital illustrations (and animations) for medical and scientific publications, educational materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, researchers, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver illustrations that meet specific needs.
• Utilise Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, and other digital tools to produce high-quality medical illustrations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in all illustrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in medical illustration and design.

Who are we looking for?

• Anyone with 2-4 years of experience in digital illustration, preferably in a medical or scientific context.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant digital illustration software.
• Understands/is eager to learn medical and biological concepts.
• Team player and proactive to take leadership roles. It would be good to have team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What are we looking for?

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience
• Upholding brand guidelines and possessing a strong knowledge of design standards
• Has designed social media posts in the past
• Created print material like posters, brochures, etc.
• Has in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software

What you will be doing here?

• Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels
• Handling multiple design assignments across the digital ecosystem for Google, Facebook, and all other platforms
• Ability to understand the user flow of an ad to install and thus keeping a close check on messaging, fonts, visual communication
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
• Share required templates /illustrations /other design assets to the internal team and liaising with them for video assets
• Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimise production efforts
• Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar
• Digital platform design experience and understanding of cross-platform design guidelines
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

What would you be doing?

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns to meet performance goals such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates.
• SEO optimisation and Budgeting.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Product marketing operations including managing SMS platforms & customer engagement platforms (InfoBip, Vilpower, Clevertap, FB pixel, etc)
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Coordinate with field marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
• Support the execution of field marketing events and initiatives.
• Gather feedback from field marketing activities to refine and improve overall marketing strategies.

Who are we looking for?

• 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Desirable qualification: Doctor with an interest in growth marketing with basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile security for both Android and iOS platforms, with hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. This role involves ensuring the security of mobile applications through rigorous testing, threat modeling, and implementation of security best practices.

What are we looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in mobile application security for Android and iOS platforms.
• Proven expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing (VAPT), and security analysis of mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS security architectures.
• Proficiency in security tools such as Frida, Burp Suite, OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide (MSTG), etc.
• Experience with common mobile security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Mobile Top 10) and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of CVE databases and experience in reporting and managing vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and security standards.

Security Assessment and Testing:

• Conduct thorough security assessments of mobile applications, including static and dynamic analysis.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT) on Android and iOS applications.
• Utilize tools such as Frida, Burp Suite, and other mobile security testing frameworks to identify security weaknesses.

Vulnerability Management:

• Identify, report, and track mobile application security vulnerabilities (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure)
• Work closely with development teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed and resolved.
• Develop and maintain a vulnerability management program for mobile applications.

Security Architecture and Design:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to design secure mobile applications.
• Implement security best practices and guidelines for mobile app development.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.

Security Tools and Automation:

• Develop and maintain custom scripts and tools to automate security testing.
• Stay updated with the latest security tools, technologies, and trends in mobile security.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create detailed security assessment reports and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for security improvements and risk mitigation.
• Document security policies, procedures, and guidelines for mobile application security.

What would you be doing here?

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE - II ) at DailyRounds/Marrow, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing products that are used by 500,000+ doctors and healthcare professionals. You will be working on an offline-first app, strongly architected with a bigger database that requires you to provide complex logical solutions. You will also be working on apps with high usage time where you will be applying your non-functional thoughts to help maintain or increase the session time.

• Work with the Engineering and Product team to build a scalable product while solving some of the core healthcare problems.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for backend systems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Python technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and experience working with API frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastApi).

• Proficiency in database concepts, ensuring efficient data management.
• Preferred experience with MongoDB.

• 2.5 - 3.5 years of experience in iOS App development with Swift.
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of Swift, Protocol-Oriented-Programming.
• Proficiency in UIKit / SwiftUI frameworks, and AVFoundation is a bonus.
• Experience with Networking, Multi-threading, Databases, and Scalable User Interfaces.
• Experience with architectural and design patterns, MVVM is a must.
