• Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations. 

• Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
• Use proficient creative software skills to create a variety of static and motion graphics for communication design. 
• Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs. 

• Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data and incorporate the same understanding into subsequent creatives.

Looking for a talented and self motivated UI/UX lead to work for a US-based company, who will be responsible to: * Define and execute on the user research program and daily processes for multiple product areas using a variety of research methods. * Ownership of strategic research efforts across several product areas * Conduct generative research to impact your product teams through storytelling * Collaborate with product and UX teams to outline research plans, execute research, consolidate findings, and present actionable insights. You will: * Plan, design, and lead research strategy that inform business, marketing, product and design decisions for multiple product areas * Determine what research to go after and focus on, based on business objectives and knowledge gaps * Define and consolidate quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, field studies, and more to provide insights on requirements definition, content strategy, wireframes, visual and interaction design * Work closely with partners across multiple teams to clearly define and prioritize user research needs and lead efforts to execute on necessary research * Identify and recommend the best methods to answer research questions and prioritize them according to schedule and opportunity constraints * Actively find opportunities to improve the user experience across several product areas * Be accountable for ensuring quality of user research within your areas of focus * Consolidate research findings, often from multiple sources, into a short, concise, actionable story for design and product teams * Describe and present your methods, design explorations and tradeoff rationale to peers, team partners, product partners, UX leadership & executives * Estimate work effort and define needed deliverables

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX designing.

Experience: 4+ years

Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/diploma preferably in graphics design or animation

Location: Delhi

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Sketch/ Adobe XD

• Hands on experience with prototyping tools like Invision, Justinmind or another

• Should be able to conceptualize and design creatives based on the requirements

• Knowledge of UX Design and Interaction Design

• Design clear, attractive and engaging websites & mobile apps

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to deliver on time and work under needs

• Must possess good sense of composition, typography, colour

• Keen eye for good design based on current trends and best practices

• Good understanding of Responsive Design development

• Good communication skills to be able to handle Indian & international clients

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Wordpress will be a plus

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven graphic designing experience

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, creativity, flexibility.

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Position - App Design – UI/UX Designer Desired Competencies :- Ability to build strong relationships and operating rhythms with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Stakeholders to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive and well-informed. o Strong visual design and user experience skill set including strategy, information architecture, and design aesthetic. o Ability to quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details. o Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques o Should be highly motivated and play an important role in the creation of India's most compelling suite of news products. Graphic Designer with Experience working with UI/UX of Mobile/Web Applications will be plus. Must have experience in Logos, Web, Digital, Print/Product Design, Developing Clickable Prototypes in Invision or Zaplin. Salary is Negotiable with Equity Offering
