💼 About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a BDM – Institutional Sales, you’ll drive growth by acquiring and onboarding schools (B2B segment) to adopt our flagship coding curriculum solutions. This is a pure field role focused on relationship-building, solution selling, and driving MoUs with school stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to schools, meeting Principals, Management, and Key Decision Makers.
Deliver compelling product pitches and presentations for MGC’s NEP-aligned coding curriculum.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and demo to MoU closure and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, trainer allocation, LMS access, and post-sale services.
Ensure compliance with the company’s Ops Policy, CRM standards, and field protocols.
✅ Who Should Apply
Proven experience (1–2 years) in EdTech / K–12 B2B sales / school curriculum sales.
Strong field sales discipline with CRM exposure.
Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
Strong technical understanding of curriculum-based solutions or EdTech offerings.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Deliverables:
Manage Social Channel Strategy, Ideation and Programming
• Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all
relevant social media platforms. This includes upcoming news (funding announcements, IPOs, media coverage) and thought leadership content, and amplification of portfolio content when appropriate
• Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality
• Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team.
• Develop social media campaign strategy for content launches, company exits/milestones, and events
• Draft social copy and create social graphic assets in Canva, and/or videos tailored for relevant social media, review edits and finalize assets
• Monthly report detailing social performance with insights and recommendations
• Make recommendations for team to improve their social presence
• Social monitoring and listening – listen to relevant conversations, see where we can opportunistically plug in, flag content deficits

Backend & Frontend Development:

The Role:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will oversee and execute on paid search (Google, Bing), SEO and other
paid digital channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a focus on continuous
optimization, and reports to the Paid Search Manager. If you are a results-oriented digital marketing
expert who thrives on using data to make decisions that drive revenue, this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of large-scale SEM campaigns in Google and Bing, including campaign
planning, execution, budget management, performance analysis and campaign optimization.
• Focus on driving account optimization including improving the structure and targeting (geo,
demographic, day-parting, keyword, audience), ad copy testing, quality score improvement and
keyword expansion.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, and ability to communicate results and key
learnings to senior management, cross-functional team, and other stakeholders.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of program progress and results, including key
milestones and metrics and meet all ongoing reporting requirements as needed to keep team

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience managing large-scale paid marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and SEO.
• Experience using bid management platforms and algorithms.
• Strong understanding and experience with tCPA, DDA, and capabilities of Google and Bing as it
relates to SEM and Shopping campaigns
