Vendor Coordinator / Treasury (Healthcare)

Role Summary

This role is responsible for vendor coordination, vendor onboarding, payment schedule management, vendor reconciliations, and supporting treasury and cash management functions for our healthcare organisation, ensuring timely vendor payments and strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·        Onboard new vendors: collect KYC, vendor master creation, payment terms negotiation (in consultation with finance/operations).

·        Track vendor contracts, ensure adherence to payment terms, SLAs and escalation of issues.

·        Coordinate vendor invoice approval process, liaise with operations/clinical departments for invoice match, discrepancies, approvals.

·        Work with Treasury/ Accounting team to schedule vendor payments optimally, monitor vendor payment calendars, and avoid late payments.

·        Maintain vendor ledger, perform vendor reconciliations monthly, investigate and resolve mismatches.

·        Partner with treasury to forecast vendor payment outflows, optimize cashflow for payments, and support vendor queries regarding payments status.

·        Ensure strong vendor communication: timely status updates, dispute resolution, payment confirmations.

·        Maintain audit‑ready documentation for vendor payments, contracts and reconciliations.

·        Support process improvements for vendor payments, automation of vendor portal, efficient vendor management systems.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

·        2‑4 years of vendor management/payment coordination experience, ideally in healthcare or similar services environment.

·        Familiarity with vendor master setup, vendor reconciliation, payment scheduling.

·        Strong Excel skills, familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.

·        Excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields preferred.

* 8+ years of experience developing core Java applications across enterprise, SME, or start-up

environments.

* Proven experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

* Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.

* Experience in designing, building, and monitoring microservices.

* Solid background in persistence technologies including JPA, Hibernate, MS-SQL, and

PostgreSQL.

* Proficient in Java 11+, including features like Streams, Lambdas, and Functional

Programming.

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or

AWS DevOps.

* Familiarity with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred).

* Front-end development experience using React or Angular with good understanding of

leveraging best practices around HTML, CSS3/Tailwind, Responsive designs.

* Comfortable in Agile environments with iterative development and regular demos.

* Experience with container orchestration using Managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).

* Working knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) concepts.

* Hands-on experience integrating applications with cloud services.

* Familiarity with event-driven technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQ, Event Buses).

* Hospitality services domain experience is a plus.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ Years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/setting up of the Linux environment, who can write shell scripts for any given requirement.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring AWS or GCP services from SCRATCH and maintaining them.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring Kubernetes & EKS and ensuring high availability of container orchestration.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins & Gitlab.
• Experience configuring/maintaining one monitoring tool.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Timings:

• The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 Hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts which will rotate every month.

1.    Perform R&D in computer graphics and video contents editing. Help to develop new video editing/processing algorithms for our video and live streaming pipeline. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our products. 

2.    Research and optimize algorithms/strategies of short video and streamed video coding.

3.    Research and develop practical image enhancing algorithms. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our video systems.
