Nathaniel School of Music has been active since 2008. We are a performance-based music school, recording studio, YouTube channel, online course company, learning-platform builder and creative-tech workspace based in Langford Town / Shanti Nagar, Bangalore.

This is a paid Music-Tech & Studio Fellowship for someone who brings musical energy, communication ability and technology curiosity into the room. It is not a certificate-only internship. It is for someone who wants real work, constant upskilling and hands-on exposure inside a working music school, recording studio, YouTube/content setup and creative-tech workspace.

The work may include:

- YouTube channel support

- Educational reels, Shorts and Instagram content

- Student features and testimonials

- Student, parent, client and artist communication

- Social media and marketing support

- Meta ads and campaign support

- Recording-studio and music-tech support

- Event, workshop and community-outreach coordination

- Internal learning-platform and portal support

- Documentation, checklists and day-to-day creative operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Import Operations Associate to support key processes across presale management, product imports, allocations, and system data integrity. This role will serve as a critical link between multiple teams, ensuring accurate and timely data flow while improving efficiency in high-volume, repetitive tasks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data imports, Excel, and system workflows. While many of the tasks have a clear start and finish, this position will also evolve as we identify new opportunities to streamline operations and support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Presale & Allocation Importing

• Manage the process of removing presales from SX.e and importing updated retailer order quantities.
• Execute imports during low-activity periods to minimize business disruption.
• Troubleshoot errors and partner with the support team to reset processes when necessary.

Product Imports

• Perform timely imports for new products as they arrive.
• Manage overnight or batch imports for categories such as supplies, toys, or delayed arrivals.
• Ensure accuracy in repetitive copy/paste data entry tasks.

Catalogue & Website Clean-Up

• Standardize product naming conventions.
• Ensure all items have proper images.
• Review and align product pricing.

Allocations

• Execute allocation processes using predefined formulas and Excel tools.
• Apply judgment to nuanced allocation decisions while maintaining consistency.

Creatio Data Imports & Maintenance

• Upload and manipulate data within Creatio.
• Support data clean-up and accuracy initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.

• Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate when necessary.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly
• You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs
• Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs

Role Description

• Excellent knowledge in Web development using PHP, Codeigniter,Laravel and MySQL
