We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress & Shopify developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including implementing WordPress themes and plugins and site integration and security updates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms. Ensure that all sites are optimized for performance and mobile devices.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Conducting WordPress training with the client.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.
• Build and manage e-commerce sites using WooCommerce and Shopify, including setting up product listings, payment gateways, and shipping configurations.
• Proven experience in website development, specifically with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with website customization and integration of various plugins and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to implement them in website designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline + MBA from a reputed institute, majoring in HR.

• Min 3-5 years of experience as HR generalist / HR Business partner in BFSI domain (preference to Financial Services/Investment Banking sector)

• Working knowledge of industry standards and practices and applicable Indian Employment laws

• Excellent communication, interviewing skills & analytical skills.

• Positive attitude, quick learner, proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Core expertise in advanced SEO- including but not limited to on-page SEO, off-page SEO, brand signals, outreach & user experience
• Experience in copy & content optimization, content strategy, content marketing, content amplification, etc.
• Love for strategically a/b testing different things, collecting data, analyzing numbers, extracting insights & re-iterating the execution loop
• Understanding of basic web technologies like HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Understanding of technical SEO
• Ability to suggest action items for improvement
• Understanding of data, numbers & their significance
• Ability to make simple & complex deductions
• Ability to make sense of data to make various kinds of direct or indirect interpretations & use that data to create simple highly actionable steps

• Creating documents like BRS /SRS and project Cost Estimation

• Design, develop, manage, build and maintain Xoxoday.com website using Webflow.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.
