UI/ UX Designer

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall tech stack of the product
• Designing overall architecture of the web/ mobile application
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Exposure to security and data protection management
• Building modular, reusable codes and libraries
• Ability to build product from scratch & drive it to completion
• Optimize applications for best user experience
• Development experience for both mobile and web based products.
• Unit Testing of developed modules

What You will do: 

● Create beautiful software experiences for our clients using design thinking, lean and agile methodology. 

● Work on software products designed from scratch using the latest cutting edge technologies, platforms and languages such as JAVA, python, Javascript, GoLang and Scala. 

● Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchical culture.
● Work in collaborative, fast-paced and value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients. 

● Help to grow the next generation of developers and have a positive impact on the industry. 

Basic Qualifications: 

● Experience: 4+ years. 

● Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of languages such as JAVA, Python, Javascript etc. 

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA, (Python and nodeJS can be considerable) 

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc. are good to have. 

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

Nice to have Qualifications:

● Product and customer-centric mindset. 

● Great OO skills, including design patterns. 

● Experience with devops, continuous integration & deployment. ● Exposure to big data technologies, Machine Learning and NLP will be a plus.

JD:

• 10+ years of experience in preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining the software technical documents and Saas product documentation.
• Experience in reviewing the user interface (UI), partner with UX designers to suggest ways to make the UI intuitive, and provide content that can be embedded in the UI.
• Experience in performing independent research to understand a product and the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural, and reference information.
• Understands software terminology and has basic knowledge of working with software development teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
