This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Head with Project leadership & Agile Expertise. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and communication with stakeholders is maintained. Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful development & execution & define the overall architecture and technical direction for development projects Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding & Oversee the backend services, databases, and third-party API integration & frontend technologies/tools. And best practices to effectively guide with budgeting & providing technical support to the development team along with assisting them in making architectural decisions. Task Assignment: Define project tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities to team members while considering their strengths and expertise & assessing the feasibility of cross-platform development, and deciding when to adopt it based on project requirements. Timelines and Milestones: Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with expectations and company objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep the project on track while at the same time ensuring industry-standard security practices, authentication mechanisms, data encryption, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Status Updates: Regularly collect updates from team members, track project progress, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Swiftly addresses technical challenges, conflicts, and roadblocks, making data-driven decisions to ensure project momentum. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that the final product aligns with the project scope, technical standards, and requirements. Deadline Adherence: Employ effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations. Documentation: Prepare the technical documentation, flow, and execution plan of the project including specifications & architecture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Project Manager leading similar successful responsibilities mentioned above. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.), API integrations & development. Senior Front End Engineer (React.js & React Native - Mobile Experience)

Job description

Fulfil’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how millions of customer orders are fulfilled by merchants. Our products need to handle information at a massive scale. We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas into our technology.

As a Front End software engineer, you will work on the ReactJS & React Native (Mobile Experience) powered user interface used by Fulfil merchants to manage their back-office operations. This is mission critical software and your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) & React Native (Mobile Experience). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the rest of the team working on different layers of infrastructure in an international environment. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality are important.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a small yet extraordinarily talented team of engineers to implement front-end technologies
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js & React Native (Mobile Experience)
• Work closely with the Design and Product teams to translate complex technical workflows into delightful user experiences
• Define how Fulfil builds user interfaces and ensure that we’re utilizing and keeping up with modern web standards
• Continually test, measure, and iterate on the results of your work in the spirit of continuous improvement

Requirements

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• 5+ years of experience as an engineer
• Experience in building large-scale web applications in a fast-moving team environment
• A strong understanding of UX and UI design standards
• The perfectionist’s touch on a pragmatist’s deadline: you strive for pixel-perfection and intuitive functionality
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (2-4 Years of experience), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js & React Native (Mobile Experience) and its core principles, with experience in popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
• The ability to bring any design to life with HTML and CSS, with cross browser compatibility and accessibility
• Smarts, humility, communication skills, and equal willingness to teach and learn
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience in developing large client side JavaScript applications
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT
• Experience with Javascript testing tools and test automation

• Design and execute content marketing strategy to support sales and marketing team
• Write compelling content for multiple online channels like blogs, white papers, Ebooks, case studies, press releases, videos, etc.,
• Drive internal sales enablement and work closely with our Inside Sales team to develop monthly client pitches, emails, and drafting content with various touch points defined in the outbound sales activity.
• Write innovative content copy for weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Ghost write few original content in the form of blogs, ebooks, others
• Support content operations including uploading content, maintaining content management system (Wordpress), creating supporting graphics.
