Job Description: -

Conduct meetings and give product demonstration to the CXO level/ key decision makers of the prospective clients -

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

- Research and build relationships with new clients - Plan approaches and pitches

- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately - Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner

- Willing to travel anywhere in India, if required

- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients

. - Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports. - Carry a comfortable back pack of demo kit for demonstration weighng upto 3 kgs.

Requiements/ Qualification:

- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

- Confident speaker and aility to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality 2 sought in candidates.

- Candidates with proven work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc (preferred)

- MBA (sales and Marketing would be preferred) with 1-2 years experience

- Must have 2 wheeler. Industry: IT-Hardware & Networking/ access control/ automation

Required:

●  Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre

●  Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations

●   Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.

●   Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats

●   Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

• Debug automation, product, deployment, and production issues and work with stakeholders/team on quick resolution

• Stay current with the latest technology, tools, and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision-makers.

•  BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in designing automation frameworks, tools
• Strong object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and an uncanny ability to
  design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
• Deep understanding of design patterns, optimizations
• Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms and their space and time complexities. Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CS fundamentals
• Experience in non-functional testing and performance benchmarking
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development &  implementing CD/CD
• Strong hands-on and practical working experience with at least one programming language: Java/Python/C++
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong experience in API automation using Jersey/Rest Assured.
• Fluency in automation tools, frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter, JUnit, Jersey, etc...
• Exposure to distributed systems or web applications
• Good in RDBMS or any of the large data systems such as Hadoop, Cassandra, etc.
• Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle &  Jenkins
• Experience in testing on various browsers and devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What is the role?

You will be responsible for architecting and developing features on the application end to end. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the Technical architect to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.‍

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• Work on the front end with ReactJS.
• Designing and developing APIs for the front end to consume.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Leading the dev team for Floor.bz (virtual Event SAAS Platform Team)
• Planning, estimation, database designing, wireframing, layout designing of assigned project and other ongoing projects in team with Product Manager
• Handling coding works or major/ complex parts of assigned projects and providing coding help and supervision to team members
• Maintaining and auditing code/ design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects
• Testing of completed tasks in ongoing projects in team before sending updates to reporting authority/client
• Removing the technical impediments
• Focusing the team to ensure an on-time delivery of the agreed task
• Reporting progress to the Product Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ Years development skills in UI /UX Frontend / Backend Knowledge
• Expertise in JS/ React Js/ Api’s
• Excellent programming and logical skills
• Knowledge on Angular Js/ Vue Js
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL
• Excellent knowledge of Javascript, Jquery
• Excellent knowledge of OOP programming style and Event Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT is also required
• Experience in building sites to function cross-platform and cross-browser
• Exposure of managing a team of at least 2-4 software developers
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
