As per standard industry practice and our understanding we will hire:
A. Personnel 30
⦁ Min Graduate or Diploma holder
⦁ Fresher’s are also allowed
⦁ Age must be between 21 Years to 32 Years
⦁ Personnel who have at-least a two-wheeler and Android mobile phone
B. Any Team Manager (TL) shall have the following: 5
⦁ Min Graduate (or above) with 60% in any two (10th/12th/Graduation)
⦁ Min 24 months of experience in field Sales (or Min 18 months in case of post-Graduation done)
⦁ Age must be between 21 Years to 35 Years
⦁ Personnel who have at-least a two-wheeler and Android mobile phone
Remuneration
On review of the prevalent industry practice, we have decided to have the following consideration and remuneration matrix to provide quality service:
⦁ Take-home salary of an executive shall be INR 21,000/- and Team Manager shall be INR 30000/- per month, even at 0 sales subject to zero absenteeism as per attendance guidelines
⦁ Salary cycle will be 22nd – 21st of every month and salary shall be paid max by 1st of succeeding Month.
⦁ Incentive will be paid max by 15th of the succeeding month
⦁ we represent to comply with all labor laws applicable on us.
