• Implementation of outreach strategies to maximize visibility and reach the target audience for UG program.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

● Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

● Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

● Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

● Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees. ● Manage the compensation and benefits program, including developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.

● Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

● Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Power Platform Developer at Fornax in Mumbai. The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions using the Power Platform tools. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, create data models, automate processes, and optimize data visualization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Canvas and Model Driven application development using Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint and other common back-end services
• Good to have an experience in PL900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, PL100 Power Platform App Maker Associate or PL400 Power Platform Developer Associate
• Experience in designing and implementing data solutions
• Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data visualization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices
