As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring. 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code 
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life 
• Interact with other stakeholders for requirement, design discussions and for adoption of new features 
• Communicate and coordinate with our support and professional services teams to solve customer issues.

Principal or Senior Visual Designer, Mobile App

Miracle of Mind is revolutionizing meditation, guided by Sadhguru, a globally revered yogi. Our app reached millions on day one, on a mission to bring daily inner experience to over 3 billion people. We're seeking a Principal or Senior Visual Designer to define the visual language, UI, and art direction of this next-gen wellness platform. You'll build a modern, immersive, intuitive system—a dynamic visual identity resonating across digital and physical realms, supporting this deeply human mission.

This role leverages your seasoned mobile product design expertise and creative leadership. You'll collaborate meaningfully with cross-functional teams (Product Designers, Researchers, Illustrators, Engineers, Content Strategists) globally.

Role Overview

As a Principal/Senior Visual Designer, you'll drive the visual design and art direction for Miracle of Mind. This includes shaping the visual identity across multiple digital touchpoints—from app UI and motion to marketing assets. Beyond execution, you'll critique work, elevate design quality, and influence stakeholders for a cohesive, impactful design language, collaborating closely with your team. 

What You’ll Do

● Lead visual design strategy, ensuring a cohesive design language across UI, motion, branding, and digital experiences.

● Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with the brand's essence.

● Set the creative vision for immersive storytelling and motion-based product experiences.

What We’re Looking For

● Deep expertise in visual design foundations: typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color.

● Experience designing for mobile, web, and marketing touchpoints.

● Motion design & prototyping experience; ability to create interactive, animated UI experiences.
