About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Dart Developer with a backend-heavy architecture (Node.js) to join our team on a contractual basis.

This role goes beyond basic UI development — we need someone who understands the complexities of security, caching, APIs, SQL, server-side rendering, performance tuning, and scalable backend architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ Years in Mobile Development, 3+ Years with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Hands-on experience in Node.js for backend development.
• Expertise in API design, SQL, caching, offline storage, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and app deployment on iOS & Android.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Obj-C) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with expertise in DVR, NVR, IP Camera integration, and IoT communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with the ONVIF protocol and be capable of developing a seamless, unified application that provides live streaming, NVR/DVR management, and smart home automation.
• Design and develop robust applications for integrating DVR, NVR, and IP Camera systems.
• Implement live video streaming using protocols such as RTSP.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for managing and configuring NVR/DVR settings.
• Integrate ONVIF protocol to ensure compatibility with ONVIF-compliant devices.
• Establish and configure IoT communication using protocols like MQTT, CoAP, or HTTP/HTTPS.
• Integrate smart home automation systems (e.g., Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python & CPP back-end technologies
• Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS).

For this hire, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is independently able to architect and build an entire on-demand service platform from scratch. This would require knowledge of and proven experience in Backend (Golang, Python, C/C++, Java, Ruby), Web Frontend (React, Angular, Next, Vue), APIs (nodeJS), Cloud (AWS, GCP) and Database (RDBMS like Postgres and NoSQL)

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience of having built or been involved in building an on-demand service platform from scratch (think Uber, Ola, Swiggy, Dunzo, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch
• Write high-quality code (i.e., reliable, readable, efficient, testable), provides quality code reviews, and creates comprehensive tests and quality documentation using software engineering principles. This includes knowledge of data structures, algorithms, programming and associated programming languages and frameworks, and major phases/activities of the software research and development life cycle (e.g., requirements, design, build, experiment, test, debug, deploy, monitor). 
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
• Participate in architectural and design discussions, and contribute to the development of software engineering practices and standards
