We are looking for a PHP Developer who is keen to work in a startup environment esp. a product-based company. 

Job Overview

We are hiring developers (from 0 to 10 experience) with relevant knowledge and experience with the development and deployment of large-scale cloud-native enterprise systems on PHP, REST APIs, Node Js, Flutter, AWS & MySql. 

As a full-stack engineer, you will be working to create scalable, maintainable, bug repellent state of art web applications. 

About Tech Department:

• Our internal tech team is responsible for end-to-end in-house tech support which includes and is not limited to design, development & deployment. 
• We are continuously developing and improvising our products to enhance customer and team experience.
• As we are in the Fintech space, our team has to ensure the database security of the application.

Job Summary:

• Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters including design, development, testing, and maintenance of the existing application with minimal supervision.
• Work on optimization and performance improvement activities. Instrument and test performance metrics.
• Participate in peer-to-peer code review to improve the quality and maintenance of the codebase.
• Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders such as product, business, DBA, and Dev Ops.
• Design and implement APIs for web/mobile (both Andriod & iOS) applications.
• To be available on call for the projects or features developed by you. Things break, you will be responsible to fix it when it does.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience (we are hiring freshers too for junior positions)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of engineering end-to-end systems.
• Understanding of complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews.
• Familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools
• Ability to write clean, modular, and loosely coupled code by the use of design patterns.
• Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing.
• A solid foundation and implementing principles of computer science is a must. Ex: object-oriented programming, concurrency, fundamentals of computer science, SQL databases.

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP frameworks, primarily Laravel, and working with WordPress for content management system (CMS) projects. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks, primarily Laravel.

3. Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code that follows best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a PHP Developer, preferably with Laravel and WordPress.
2. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, specifically Laravel, and experience with WordPress development.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
5. Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.
6. Understanding of MVC design patterns and OOP concepts.
7. Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
8. Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.
9. Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (Vue.js, React) is a plus.

We are looking for a Prestashop/Full Stack Software Developer to be our primary source of development for our Prestashop-based e-commerce website. In addition to connecting external sources to our website using APIs, this role ensures all requirements and functionalities are met.

As part of the role, you will need proficient knowledge of PHP, .NET, SQL, and other web-based design/development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
● Build the (under construction) PrestaShop site according to the requirements and mockups
provided.
● Customize e-commerce sites using CMS, HTML, and other technologies to suit.
● Build APIs to connect external platforms to PrestaShop's e-commerce platform.
● On the website, manage product lines using MySQL/SQL.
● Create virtual copies of data pulled from the server using AJAX/JSON.

Here's what we're looking for
● About 3-5 years of working experience building e-commerce websites in PrestaShop.
● A diploma, degree, or background in IT, engineering, or similar is preferred.
● Experience working and designing layouts with PrestaShop's Smarty templates.
● Solid PHP programming skills for backend development and troubleshooting.
● Must know how to efficiently code in ASP.Net, HTML, Javascript, CSS, jQuery
● Must know how to use effectively.NET-based restful web API.
● Good working experience with MySQL database and MySQL queries.
● Excellent PHP knowledge and basic Git knowledge would be an advantage
● Knowledge of module development and functionality enhancement
● Ability to work independently on strategic issues with clients and manage reasonably complex projects.

What is the role?

You will be responsible for architecting and developing features on the application end to end. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the Technical architect to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.‍
