We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CXO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CXOās calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule
- Track, document, and follow up on all tasks assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams
- Draft, proofread, and organize professional emails, presentations, reports, and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation
- Anticipate requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare necessary materials ahead of meetings
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
