Responsibilities: 

·  Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred) Prior Experience in IT Projects Handling / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles. 

·  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills able to generate interest and engage the client during calls and on emails. 

·  Manage projects, and establish productive, professional and profitable relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects. 

·  Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology and manage resources, to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts. 

·  Responsible for client receivables; planning and execution of monthly retention. 

·  Candidates with IT  Project Management, Wordpress, PHP & Technical Skills Preferred.

·  Preferred Location Noida.

·  Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions of client escalations/queries.

·  Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, 'get things done' attitude, especially when faced with difficult circumstances. 

·  Achieves strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by company management. 

·  Good relationship building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural). 

·  Sound computer skills, especially in the areas of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

·  Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary actions required and always keep the internal team updated.

·  Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with the client to manage performance objectives, customer- expectations and assess customer needs on an ongoing basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build applications for the iOS and Android platforms
• Ability to lead a team of engineers as they execute on building new features for IOS and Android platforms
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field and Tier 1 college
• Overall 6-10 yrs exp with Min 4 years relevant in iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C
• Strong understanding of Hybrid mobile skills such as Ionic, Cordova, PWAs, Flutter, ReactJS and React Native , Cordova or Capacitor
• Good understanding on native mobile skills include iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C.
• Good to have knowledge JS frameworks such as Angular
• Good hands-on experience on various design and architecture aspects - MVP, MVVM etc.
• Good knowledge of writing unit tests for mobile
• Strong knowledge of mobile app performance, using various tools and Android Studio IDE
• Strong background in Agile and working closely with product management
• Should be able to conduct scrum meetings and ensure team is not blocked
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track

You will:

• Recruit and manage world-class engineering talent both in India and abroad.
• Lead the development of our content creation engine, recommendation engine, and content insight engine. 
• Prototype and implement new product ideas and initiatives around increasing revenue, user retention, content consumption, etc.
