Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow new business for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital, branding, and marketing services, can sell them confidently, and enjoys building long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts across multiple marketing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across services including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, PR, Branding, Video Production, Website Development, and Integrated Digital Campaigns.
• Identify, research, and pursue potential clients through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets, and propose relevant marketing solutions.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, pitches, and commercial plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate client requirements into clear briefs and campaign strategies.
• Ensure smooth handover and alignment during project initiation to support long-term client retention.
• Track performance, follow up consistently, and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in selling digital marketing, branding, or creative services within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, SEO, content formats, and digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value service-led deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.

Job Role

• Manage and monitor marketing performance on a daily basis, and maximizing business ROI and goals.
• Manage a portfolio of paid campaigns across different industries for different regions, globally
• Create ideas & deliverable presentations for better execution
• Conceptualize new marketing ideas and campaigns for in-house and clients
• Implement and configure the necessary tracking tools for campaign performance analysis.
• Research and implement marketing strategy to optimize campaigns to meet KPI's, based on market trends & data findings.

Full Stack Engineer

Front End Technology:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in working web development technologies

• Experience writing modular/reusable code and using modern JS frameworks / libraries like

React or other comparable frameworks or toolkits

• Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

. Experience with Responsive Frameworks like Bootstrap / Flex.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design concepts.

Back end Technology:

• Have extensive experience in designing a backend stack of the product

• Strong understanding of Data Structures / Algorithms.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Writing Backend Microservices in Node

JS/Python

• Ability to build the product from scratch & drive it to completion

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and build a next-generation product that drives the business and meets the functional

needs of our customers and partners.

• Designing overall architecture of the web/ mobile application

• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications

• Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high

powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices.

• Write client-side/backend code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high

volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Develop application code and unit test (Karma, Mocha, Chai).

• Ensuring high performance and security of web apps developed.
