Loop is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in writing both short-form and long-form content, with a keen understanding of digital platforms such as LinkedIn. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience across various channels. Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and lead-gen ads.
• Coordinate with the different teams - product, design, sales, to create assets that they need.
• Develop long-form content such as articles, blog posts, and whitepapers.
• Upload posts and maintain social media - posting, scheduling, interacting and engaging with users.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is error-free.
• Conduct simple keyword research and create SEO optimized content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas to the team.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to aid in content creation.
• Knowledge of script writing and experience in writing for LinkedIn are desirable.
• Background in writing for B2B or healthcare industries is a plus.
