• 🤔 Research and build strategies: You will assist the Marketing team in understanding the brand’s needs to come up with a plan and direction for their social media.
• 💡Ideation: Based on the strategy, you’ll help ideate campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• ✍️ Writing and Editing: Writing crisp, clear, and witty posts and captions.
• 👩🏻‍💻 Creating and Publishing: Help design posts or edit templates on Canva and schedule them for posting.
• 👀📱 Looking out for trends: Being mindful of what’s happening in the world and using it to create brand awareness.
• 🧐 Analysis: Help us reflect on the growth we have on each platform every month.

If you:

• Love to write and know how to use Grammarly well

• B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong hand in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Proficiency in Java language, Collection & Maps, Exceptional Handling, Object-Oriented Concepts, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and File I/O
• Expertise in Mobile App Automation with Espresso, Appium and/or XCUITest is a must

• Decent experience in Server Automations, Rest Services, and Controllers, Server Testcases, Jar/war Deployment, SpringBoot, Backend architecture, MySQL/NoSQL, mongo, Redis, Zookeeper

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-3 years of experience in working as a Technical Writer/Content Writer
• Proven expertise of writing impeccable English
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Good time management skills
• Graduate or Post Graduate

• As a Content Writer, the candidate will work on devising strategies for content creation to create one of the largest doubts solving platform
• Identify areas to improve, define metrics to measure and monitor content creation activities and build end-to-end reporting solutions which help leaders
• keep a close on content creation, along with using project management tools, essential documentation, and necessary reporting
• The candidate will also work closely with internal business teams to extract or mine information from our existing content systems to create new mappings to further improve content consumption on the platform
• The candidate will also work on designing creative teaching methodologies and strategic interventions to personalize the experience of learning while focusing on efficient outcomes
• The candidate will work on creating Guidelines and set processes for zero- error content creation, and setting QA/review processes
• Planning and managing creative content production pipeline using project management tools, essential documentation and necessary reporting
