Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of process automation, business workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and other third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerApps, and third-party APIs.
• Gather requirements and work closely with business teams to understand and optimize business processes.
• Create and manage custom connectors, triggers, and actions in Power Automate.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to ensure smooth execution and error handling.
• Work with PowerApps, Power BI, and other tools in the Microsoft Power Platform suite as needed.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training/support as necessary.
• Ensure automation solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience working with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) ecosystem and tools like SharePoint Online, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Experience in integrating Power Automate with third-party systems using APIs, HTTP connectors, and JSON.
• Good understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and expressions in Power Automate.
• Experience in PowerApps development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, or VB) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

·         BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 

·         Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

·         Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.

·         Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.

·         Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.

·         Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

• Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
• Preparation of test data and execution of test cases (including functional, system, regression, performance, API and database layer etc.)
• Identifies appropriate processes, parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, the validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and participate in test case reviews with Business, Developers, other team members
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• When a product does not perform within specifications, reporting defects to programmers while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate production issues
• Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to product requirements and within established guidelines.

• Strong knowledge of PHP for backend work (3+ years’ experience)
• Experience with an MVC framework (CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and related tools/packages (3+ years’ experience),
• Strong knowledge of MySQL (3+ years’ experience)
• Knowledge of React
• Though not required, experience with Python, Golang, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal)

• Worked with and built high performance products using Node Js/GoLang/ Python and have seen the product evolution cycle from PoC to Production 
• You have a deep understanding of design principles and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems
• You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

• Previous work experience in product-based startups
• Experience building for products that have scaled and have seen the product evolution
