Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in React.js development
• Core Technologies:Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Technical Skills:Understanding of RESTful API integration
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS)
• Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques

Strong in Graphic Designer (Lifestyle / Wellness / Consumer Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+years of experience as a Graphic Designer working on lifestyle, wellness, skincare, or consumer-facing brands, ideally in in-house teams or startups.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing end-to-end creative assets across social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working in fast-moving, content-driven environments with multiple concurrent deliverables and tight deadlines.

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong design fundamentals — layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Ability to independently manage timelines, deliver high-quality work, and iterate based on feedback with maturity.

Mandatory (Skill 3): Proficiency in design tools — Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro; ability to create motion graphics or video assets is a plus.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must showcase 2+ completed projects or campaigns demonstrating clarity, restraint, brand consistency, and problem-solving approach in visual communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Build high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
2. Strong knowledge in Nodejs, Javascript & Typescript

3.Develop and maintain all server-side components.

4.Develop high-performance and scalable APIs to serve clients.

5.Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of well written APIs.

6.Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.

7.Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.

8.Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

9.Run diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and provide technical support.

10.Be our NodeJS champion by keeping an eye out for emerging technologies and recommending improvements.

11. You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.

12. Design back end services for various business processes

14. Design server side architecture

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating our enterprise account-specific teams called squads, consisting of members from engineering, machine-learning, and conversation-design teams.
• There are five working groups in the organization, (i) Business (ii) Research (iii) Solutions (iv) Product, and (v) Operations, where you will be joining the Solutions, working group.
• You will be collaborating with the sales team to design an appropriate solution to the customer's problems and help them showcase the value of the product.
• You will be collaborating with the operations team to ensure we are not compromising on our quality standards.
• You will also be co-working with the product working group to help them improve the overall platform and to prioritize the high-impact initiatives in the roadmap.

Work you will be doing:

• You will be building bespoke voice bots for enterprise clients using internal tools.
• You're expected to help build the Solutions stack whose goal is to reduce the amount of effort put into building our voice bots. 
• You will be involved in analyzing client calls where you're expected to use either data pipelines or SQL to get insights into caller behavior.

• Professional experience of at least 1 year.
• Has experience with integrating or building HTTP APIs
• Has hands-on experience working with Python
• Good communicator

Optional Requirements:

• Has experience working in any of Django Rest Framework, Redis, Celery

Skit uses a microservices architecture where we employ both HTTP and GRPC to communicate between our services

The person holding this position is responsible for leading the solution development and implementing advanced analytical approaches across a variety of industries in the supply chain domain.

At this position you act as an interface between the delivery team and the supply chain team, effectively understanding the client business and supply chain.

Candidates will be expected to lead projects across several areas such as

• Demand forecasting
• Inventory management
• Simulation & Mathematical optimization models.
• Procurement analytics
• Distribution/Logistics planning
• Network planning and optimization

Qualification and Experience

• 4+ years of analytics experience in supply chain – preferable industries hi-tech, consumer technology, CPG, automobile, retail or e-commerce supply chain.
• Master in Statistics/Economics or MBA or M. Sc./M. Tech with Operations Research/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience in delivery of projects using statistical modelling

Skills / Knowledge

• Hands on experience in statistical modelling software such as R/ Python and SQL.
• Experience in advanced analytics / Statistical techniques – Regression, Decision tress, Ensemble machine learning algorithms etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
• Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
• APICS-CSCP or PMP certification will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Working knowledge on the linear/nonlinear optimization
• Ability to structure problems through a data driven decision-making process.
• Excellent project management skills, including time and risk management and project structuring.
• Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to business issues through data analysis.
• Ability to liaison effectively with multiple stakeholders and functional disciplines.
• Experience in Optimization tools like Cplex, ILOG, GAMS will be an added advantage.
