Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.

  Implement and integrate with back-end services, databases, and APIs.

  Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

  Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  Proven experience as a Golang Developer or similar role in software development.

  Proficiency in Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.

  Experience with server-side development, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

  Familiarity with common Go frameworks and tools such as Gin.

Knowledge implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

  Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

  Strong understanding of concurrency and parallelism in Go.

  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and promote Life & Non-Life Insurance products
• Handle Health, Motor, Personal Accident, and other insurance products
• Build and manage advisor/partner relationships
• Drive insurance business through partners and direct channels
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Clear Insurance Broking Exam (if not already certified) on priority after joining

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory
• Experience in Insurance Broking / Banca / Insurance Company preferred
• Sound knowledge of Life & General Insurance products
• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Understand and implement Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management, and Performance Monitoring.
• Familiarity with relational databases (E.g.: Oracle), non-relational databases (E.g.: MongoDB), MSK Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CICD Technologies (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven)

Qualification- Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

• Prepare and submit tender proposals within design

• Check the Cmg's and take the requirements from functional consultants and users.
• As per business logic (MD50) do change existing reports and develop the new reports.
• Developing new packages, procedures, functions and updating existing packages and procedures, functions.
• Developing the workflows.
• Developing the API's as per business logic's for data updates.
• Developing the data extraction automation programs (.sql files developments) for data extractions.
• Prepare the test cases and migration documents for migrating objects.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computers/ Science or Master's in Computer required.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience on Oracle Apps Technical.
• Candidates must have hands on experience on Oracle RDF/XML/Pl-SQL Reports, D2k Forms, Workflow, OAF, And functional knowledge on O2C & P2P.
