Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will:

• Work on building and maintaining both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of application components.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to good coding practices.
• Develop unit tests and perform debugging to ensure quality and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like ReactJS (or experience in TypeScript) is a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and web development workflows.
• Ability to analyze and break down real-world problems with an eye for creating practical solutions.
• Exposure to version control tools like Git is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend libraries/frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular).
• Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend interacts with backend systems.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

Qualifications:

• Education:  MBA or equivalent from a prestigious institute such as IIM preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in business development, operations management, or related fields. Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Looking for candidates only with tier 1 colleges OR have experience in a product-based company.

You will be designing front-end architecture with architectural guidelines in mind (secure,high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
● Architect, Design and develop front-end applications.

Desired Skills
● Minimum 6+ years of coding experience.
● Strong hands-on experience on React.js, MVC & related JS Frameworks.
● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, single page applications.
● Build a highly scalable product right from scratch.
● Expertise in caching, minification, bundling techniques to improve front-end performance.
● Experience in working with AB Testing.
● Experience in using front-end monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognise performance bottlenecks.
● Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding.
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools(GIT, SVN), working experience with Agile methodology and fast iterative development cycles
