About the Job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic WordPress & WooCommerce Developer to join our team. If you are passionate about building and managing eCommerce websites, LMS platforms, and static websites, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress, WooCommerce, LMS, and static websites.
• Manage product listings, categories, course modules, and WooCommerce/LMS settings.
• Implement and configure WooCommerce plugins, LMS plugins, and payment gateways.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and fix website issues, including checkout, cart, and LMS-related bugs.
• Ensure website security, updates, performance optimization, and backups.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, LMS platforms (LearnPress, LearnDash), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of PHP and MySQL for custom WordPress/WooCommerce/LMS development.
• Experience in WooCommerce and LMS customization (product pages, course pages, checkout flow).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and eCommerce/LMS optimization.
• Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, hosting, DNS, and domain management.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce hooks and filters.
• Experience with subscription and membership plugins.
• Understanding of WordPress REST API and external integrations.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization (caching, CDN, image compression).
• Experience working on or building static websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations(when needed)

Sales Support:

Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts. (Basic knowledge of MS Suite)

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, database and client interactions.

Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Knowledge of CRM tools is appreciated

Job Description

• Designing system architecture, develop and maintain high performing & scalable services using Node.js frameworks.
• Extensively engage in iterative development model right from requirement analysis, estimation, development, testing & production support
• Mentor, groom junior developers and participate in code reviews
• Contribute towards building company’s coding culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Node.js
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with MathJax/Latex
• Experience with large scale video streaming
• Experience with ReactJS is a bonus

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

At-least 1 year of Python, Spark, SQL, data engineering experience

Primary Skillset: PySpark, Scala/Python/Spark, Azure Synapse, S3, RedShift/Snowflake

Relevant Experience: Legacy ETL job Migration to AWS Glue / Python & Spark combination

ROLE SCOPE:

Reverse engineer the existing/legacy ETL jobs

Create the workflow diagrams and review the logic diagrams with Tech Leads

Write equivalent logic in Python & Spark

Unit test the Glue jobs and certify the data loads before passing to system testing

Follow the best practices, enable appropriate audit & control mechanism

Analytically skillful, identify the root causes quickly and efficiently debug issues

Take ownership of the deliverables and support the deployments

REQUIREMENTS:

Create data pipelines for data integration into Cloud stacks eg. Azure Synapse

Code data processing jobs in Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, and Spark

Experience in dealing with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in batch and real-time environments.

Should be able to process .json, .parquet and .avro files

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

Tier1/2 candidates from IIT/NIT/IIITs

However, relevant experience, learning attitude takes precedence

Nice to have:

cryptography and system software development experience, understanding of design patterns, understanding of operating systems and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models.
