Role: Brand Manager
This opportunity is for new brands that are in stealth mode & backed by major retail giant. It's a house of Personal care D2C brands in the space of haircare, skin care & kids personal care.
In 2020, CoVid 19 affected every business, few positively and many negatively. However, E- commerce adoption has gone through the roof and we have seen consumer's e-commerce spends grow. India's fast-growing e-commerce market is seen growing by 30 percent a year to $200 billion (roughly Rs. 14,68,640 core) by 2026.
On the back of strong product-market fit and a change in human behaviour due to CoVid that buoyed e-commerce, we are currently building D2C personal care brands. The overall D2C market in India is expected to reach $100 billion in the next 7-8 years. We will be building a digital first content led approach to target this community of consumers. We aim to win shoppers at the moment of purchase by algorithmically managing demand forecasting, promotions and advertising spend, supply chain, content optimization and other aspects that help shoppers make online purchase decisions, all backed by Data Science.
Requirement :-
- 3-5 Yrs Exp. Ideal candidate should have Personal Care D2C experience.
- Female, Ideally from beauty start-ups
- Hands on experience in running performance and influencer teams.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
- Engage with executive level stakeholders from client's team to translate business problems to high level solution approach
- Partner closely with practice, and technical teams to craft well-structured comprehensive proposals/ RFP responses clearly highlighting Tredence’s competitive strengths relevant to Client's selection criteria

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- BE/BTech/MTech (Specialization/courses in ML/DS)
- At-least 7+ years of Consulting services delivery experience
- Very strong problem-solving skills & work ethics
- Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and executive communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in Python/R, SQL
- 5+ years of experience in NLP algorithms, Regression & Classification Modelling, Time Series Forecasting
- Hands on work experience in DevOps
- Should have good knowledge in different deployment type like PaaS, SaaS, IaaS
- Exposure on cloud technologies like Azure, AWS or GCP
- Knowledge in python and packages for data analysis (scikit-learn, scipy, numpy, pandas, matplotlib).
- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks: Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc
- Experience with one or more Container-ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities
As an SDET at Jumio, the candidate is expected to develop and maintain automated functional, integration and load tests for web applications that ensure the quality of developed product features. They are supposed to be champions of quality and participate in developing and enhancing continuous delivery solutions. They are expected to participate
actively in agile development rhythms (scrum, kanban etc), be able to read / write good quality code. The role also requires some level of manual testing depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years relevant work experience.
