Frontend Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

 We're looking for a versatile Web Developer to build and maintain websites, web portals, dashboards, and applications. You'll work primarily with WordPress and HTML, and use modern AI (“vibe”) coding tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor to design and ship apps and sites faster. This is a handson role for a builder who can take an idea from concept to a live, functional product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites, web portals, and applications — primarily on WordPress.

• Build interactive dashboards and internal tools that present data and support day-to-day operations.

• Write clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ensure responsive, cross-browser, mobile-friendly output.

• Use AI-assisted (“vibe”) coding tools — OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot — to rapidly build apps and sites, prompting, reviewing, and shipping AI-generated code responsibly.

• Translate ideas and design mockups into functional, polished, high-performing products.

• Integrate APIs, forms, tracking, and third-party tools into websites and apps.

• Optimize for speed, performance, and SEO fundamentals.

• Troubleshoot bugs, maintain existing sites and apps, and handle updates and backups.

• Use Git for version control and maintain clear documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of hands-on web / app development experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA), or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong proficiency with WordPress and a solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience building dashboards, web portals, and/or web applications.

• Practical, real-world experience using AI / “vibe” coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) to create apps and websites.

• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance.

• Familiarity with Git / version control.

• Basic understanding of hosting, domains, and deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE

• Working knowledge of PHP (for WordPress) and/or a JavaScript framework (React or Vue).

• Experience with WooCommerce or e-commerce builds.

• Experience integrating databases and APIs into applications.

• Basic UI/UX sensibility and comfort working in Figma.

• SEO and analytics knowledge (GA4, Google Tag Manager).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of the Camera AI and gym & trainer management software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive web applications.
• Ensure the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement user interfaces that provide a seamless experience, including real-time data visualization, interactive elements, and responsive design.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and apply them to enhance our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and front-end optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Observe, strategize, develop and design user-friendly UI/UX using markup languages like HTML.
• Designing Client-Side and Server-Side Architecture and Rendering and Static Site Generation.
• To confer with users - by studying systems flow, data usage & work related bottlenecks.
• Design and implement Front-End code
• Interact with the production team, understand their workflow and find new ways to visualize their workflows on web apps.
• Integrating Python Scripts with Python-based UI interfaces like Dash and Flask.
• Maintain and improve web-app
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Design mobile-based features
• Integrating APIs with front-end user interfaces.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Work with data scientists and analysts to visualize their analysis reports
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

• Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and Prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of client-side dynamic and rich UI applications development.
• Hands-on experience in C#, Python, .Net
• Strong hands-on experience in popular frameworks and JavaScript ecosystem – JS, Node, Angular, Jquery.
• Experience in Spark, Hadoop, Scala, and Elastic Search is a plus point.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Experienced in building applications that meet enterprise needs – secure, scalable, loosely coupled design
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.
• Experience using NPM, Web-Pack, Gulp.
• Familiarity with performance testing and optimization’s.
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns
• Write robust modular front-end code using the latest technologies, test and optimize it to work for high performance and scale and deploy it to the UiPath cloud platform.
• Work with various horizontal teams such as Structure, Electrical, Mechanical, Accessibility, Legal, and Finance and also interact with other core teams across locations at UiPath
• Own the smooth running of your cloud service or docker service, and respond to live site issues.
• Strong oral and written communication, and other soft skills are critical to collaborating and engaging with teams

• Develop Proof-of-Concept and prototype applications using new technologies and frameworks. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and clients to create innovative solutions.
• Help establish GUI best practices and JavaScript frameworks for web development.
• Provide context and guidance for integration and implementation of Front-End Interfaces
• Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional HTML/ CSS / Javascript.
• Develop standards-compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
• Develop JavaScript using standard Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Develop small to medium size custom JavaScript libraries for reuse across the application
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to the domain, projects, or client
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies and frameworks
• Participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions from project experiences
