Job Description – Graphic Designer

Job Profile: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design static and motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, and presentations.

Perform high-quality image manipulation and editing using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver visually engaging creatives.

Use Midjourney or similar AI tools for generating creative assets.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and adapt designs per platform.

Stay updated on design trends and participate in creative brainstorming.

Requirements:

1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.

Advanced image editing and visual design skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects & Premiere Pro are a plus.

Strong knowledge of AI-based design tools (especially Midjourney).

A portfolio showcasing image manipulation, creative graphics, and diverse design styles.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Experience with load testing and profiling tools such as Java Selenium, Cucumber & postman.  

∙Hands on Experience in Rest Assured & API Testing  

∙Work with various development teams to ensure SLA of their core APIs are tracked and maintained release 

over release. 

∙Proficiency in building performance analysis tools, custom dashboards and framework development using 

open-source tools. 

∙Metrics analysis for continuous performance improvement. 

∙Developing and maintaining test design, test plan documents and interface specifications​. 

∙Experience in working on projects with AGILE/SCRUM methodology. 

∙Good understanding of Performance test Design and experience in preparing Test Plan and effort estimation 

∙Monitoring of various server resources like DB connection pools, Threads, JMS queues/topics/modules etc. 

∙Write scripts to automate test various services and scenarios. 

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      4-12 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Mental Health

·      Experience in clinical work, very good excel, analytical and writing skills

·      Exposure to mental health training

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Responsibilities :-

·        Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Develop programs and processes that provide a service to industry, business, students, and/or other external/internal clients.
• Serve as technical assistant or point of contact with customer until 'go live' date and hand-off to support.
• Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Has a mix of being a technical instructor, a solution architect, and an evangelist.
• Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
• Work in tandem with peers in technical training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training.
• Responsible for lectures, demonstration, discussion, and related instructional delivery methods.
• Deliver standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness.
• Help to create, test, and review new and existing courseware.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.
• Keep informed of and maintain proficiency with all company products.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes reserving classrooms, travel arrangements and preparing workstations.

Ducom Instruments now have an opening for the position for Application Engineer. Looking for dynamic and hands-on experience in LABVIEW to set out to improve the overall functioning of the client’s software. Creating new architecture, working with existing software and engineering hardware components that optimize certain technology. Comfortable in coding languages, and particularly those that apply enterprise solutions.

Application Engineer responsibilities span from software architecture design, programming, testing, debugging, and software maintenance. Documentation of the product including flowcharts, algorithms, codes, and other relevant information, software upgrades, user support, and training activities also comprise of important responsibilities in this position.

Minimum requirements:

• Knowledge on LabView
• CLAD certified
• Knowledge of communication protocols, e.g. USB, RS232, IEEE, RS485, TCP/IP, Modbus
• Knowledge of general software design/documentation processes in test and measurement systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with Controls / Automation Engineering / Robotics interface programming
• Knowledge and exposure of digital electronics and instrumentation

Preferred qualifications:
