- Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaboration & Strategy: ○ Work closely with content, creative, and branding teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copies. ○ Collaborate with account managers and strategists to build full-funnel performance marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
● Keyword & Audience Research: ○ Conduct in-depth keyword research for SEM campaigns. ○ Define and refine target audience segments for better ad targeting and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media
● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
● Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM parameters, and basic funnel tracking.
● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for budget planning and reporting. ● Working knowledge of SEO and organic content strategy.
