What You'll Do 

• Understand Technical Blockers by working closely with developers to understand technical issues that arise during projects, proactively removing roadblocks by coordinating with client stakeholders or providing alternative solutions.
• Bridge Communication by acting as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and offshore engineers, ensuring that technical challenges are communicated clearly and resolved in a timely manner.
• Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration by promoting a culture of collaboration by working closely with developers, QA, and operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge sharing across functions. Help the team avoid silos by organizing regular syncs between different functions.
• Adopt DevOps Practices by encouraging a DevOps mindset by facilitating automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Ensure that projects adhere to the DevOps principles of shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Align Development with Business Goals by ensuring that developers understand the business goals and client priorities, so that technical decisions are made with these in mind.
• Drive Continuous Feedback Loops between developers, testers, and clients to ensure iterative progress, preventing delays and enhancing product quality.
• Identify and Address Barriers faced by offshore engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
• Foster Ownership in the team by encouraging transparency and responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring that every member is engaged and understands their role in the overall success.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management or a technical leadership role in software development, preferably within cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proven experience in fostering collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams, with a strong DevOps mindset.
• Experience managing client relationships and driving the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to understand the technical challenges engineers face and effectively translate these into actionable solutions, ensuring that technical and business priorities remain aligned.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to foster collaboration across multiple disciplines (development, QA, DevOps) and drive a one-team mindset that promotes knowledge sharing and avoids silos.
• Problem-solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving both technical and logistical issues, ensuring continuous progress on all project fronts.
• Client-facing Communication: Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical details and client expectations, ensuring transparency and trust.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals and act as the custodian for everything on data and insights.  
•  Ensuring data sanctity through instrumentation and monitoring data quality to meet the business needs of the company Developing and monitoring KPIs for each vertical of the business.
• (Revenue/Sales/Finance/Campaigns/Content/Marketing), and at an overall business level and constantly driving the company towards meeting the KPIs.
• Generating product and user insights and working closely with the Product manager to make product and design decisions
• Having a product out view towards problem-solving – Market and competitor research to understand the trends in product design, continuous A/B testing to grow the product KPIs, etc
•  Owning and improving the core issues related to the product.
• Create and maintain client relationships.
• Stay up to date with new products/services and competitors
• Interpersonal skills to work closely with various stakeholders who may have competing interests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• 2-5 years of experience
• A degree in IT / Computer Science
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
