transform how India learns, performs & watchers performing arts. Our launch services consist
of technology enabled dance classes in our proprietary studios, production facilities and social
media broadcasting & competitions.
Founder & Team
The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part
of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his
roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of
Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team consist of senior
executives from Shiamak Davar & Byju’s.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that the SEO strategy is successfully implemented to generate website traffic, conversion and revenue.
-Ensure all SEO activity is localized to the relevant audience, delivered on time, in budget and supports revenue and business goals.
-Optimize website content and lending pages
-Complete keyword research and audience research to make sure that the content we are developing is driving results
-Stay informed of industry trends and best practices among organic search, search engine algorithms, paid search, online marketplaces and bloggers. Find new innovative ways to promote our core products to new market segments.
Experience:
-Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in SEO
-Good knowledge of standard SEO practices
-Some experience in Ed-tech organization should be plus
-Should have actively worked on SEO campaigns and implemented on --varios on-pafe, off-page
-Strong analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop, test, deploy and release new user-facing features
● Set continuous delivery and continuous improvement in front-end development,
● Developing scalable, reusable components and front-end libraries,
● Translating UI designs and UX wireframes into high-quality codes
● Optimizing components for maximum performance,
● An advocate of general engineering best practices such as domain-driven code architecture, encapsulation, separation of concerns, single responsibility, clean code practices, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 3-5 Years of experience in react native.
● A knack for writing clean, readable React-Native code
● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
● Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices
● Familiarity with version control Git (Github or Gitlab)
● Flexibility and deadline-driven.

We are looking for an experienced Front-end engineer with ReactJS development experience to join our team.
Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:
● Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies
including ReactJS, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
● Write meaningful test cases for frontend
● Mentor fellow team members
Ideal Background / Experience:
● At least 5+ years of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented
environment with exposure to working production deployments
● Expertise in programming using Angular/ReactJS or similar UI frameworks
● In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based products, including REST APIs
Nice to have exposure to any of
● WebRTC based products
● Google APIs
● NodeJS / ExpressJS

- At least 6+ years experience in back-end development in a fast-paced environment, working in Python & Django Framework
- Should Have experience leading a team.
- Deep understanding of technologies used in web products, including Rest APIs
- Sound understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Deep familiarity with UNIX, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps.
- Understanding of databases, and related tools, paradigms.
