About the Role

We are building a new-age consumer commerce platform focused on parents in India. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Mobile Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an early member of the engineering team, you will work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to build and scale our customer-facing mobile applications while also developing internal tools that power our operations. This role offers high ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develop customer-facing features with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
• Design and build internal operations tools and workflows that support business teams.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products.
• Own the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Continuously improve code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Rapidly iterate based on customer feedback and business needs.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in either:
• React Native (preferred), or
• Native iOS (Swift), and/or
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java), or
• Flutter.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or marketplace companies.
• Experience building customer-facing mobile products at scale.
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Firebase.

Role Overview

The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales head in moving prospects through the funnel. This is an entry to junior-level sales role with structured growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new client prospects from the UAE, GCC, and Indian markets (focus on SMEs).
• Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calls to generate appointments.
• Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and requirements.
• Schedule demos and meetings for the Sales Head/CEO.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM.
• Support in preparing outreach reports, sales decks, and client follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets (number of outreaches, demos booked, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, cold calling, and writing outreach emails.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT services is preferred (training will be provided).

● Experience in working with cross-border, distributed teams is a must.
