Must Have: 

● Experience in Java or Core Java (7+ years)

● Build tools: Maven, Gradle 

● Good To Have: Spring Webflux, Web Client, ecommerce domain experience.

Working Days/Time – 6 days /10 AM -7 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect and validate data from multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Finance)
• Analyze data and highlight key trends, variances, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel or BI tools
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports
• Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel or macros
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
• (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle large datasets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BSc IT / similar)
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data handling roles 

Role and responsibilities:

• Establish in concert with IT leadership, an effective IT Change & Release management process in REMSC ERP CoE, primarily in SAP environment for the assigned scope.
• Ensure all releases are delivered as per the defined process and deviations are analysed and appropriately remedied. Collaborate with solution architects, functional analysts, service managers, business users and other stakeholders to ensure the changes in the releases are delivered as planned.
• Work closely with release management and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of the changes.
• Ensure all QA checklists are followed and aligned with established change & release processes.
• Create and maintain adequate QA documentations ensuring it is up-to-date and available to all relevant stakeholders.
• Support and facilitate audits on the application change management
• Support in Control performance activities to align with established QA and process guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Advanced knowledge and prior experience in SDLC. Experience in SAP is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge and experience in application change management & release management in a complex IT environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving skills with keen attention to details.
• Good working knowledge of office applications like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.

Principal working relationships:

• IT change team members like Domain Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Analysts, Release Managers, Cluster/Country Service Managers, etc., for understanding and delivery of changes.
• Business users and decision makers as customers.
• ERP CoE Release Manager to manage QC activities and release activities

You are the superman, who is supposed to rescue the company and bring business to the company. Generating leads by tracking prospective clients and fixing appointments and then giving proper presentations to the client. 

Job description:

• Identify new business opportunities and turn them into a closed deals.
• Develop proposals and hold product demonstrations and set customer expectations, negotiating and accurately forecasting to management.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Responsible for overall sales strategies and generating positive business outcomes for customers, who often have complex environments.
• Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning for the SaaS solution to prospects.
• Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.
• Drive creative business development activities to penetrate white space accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contacts. 

What Position Demands: 

• Ability to generate new leads, draft proposals and make convincing presentations.
• Possess a Master's in Sales / Business or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years experience within a B2B sales role.
• Comfortable working in the US shift (6 PM to 4:30 AM).
• Experience with International Clientele preferred.  
• Experience with SaaS products would be an advantage.
• Experience working across geographies and are comfortable dealing with small and medium businesses as your target client network.
• A prior network of clients in this area would be an advantage.
• Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely critical about activity and revenue targets and every action of yours is focussed on achieving them.
• You are a driven individual who can operate with minimal training and can start working with full force from day one.
