Project Lead / Project Manager(work till 12ET (Eastern Time) )

Exp Level - 7-8 years 

Location - Remote

Prepare the detailed project plan for the required project. This includes enabling device trust across all users (devices include laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices), and tightening multiple security tool configurations on the endpoints, which are correlated to defined project NSA controls.

Get commitments from the owners of the various tasks to build an aggressive but achievable plan. Owners will be primarily from the security, IT engineering and IT service desk (Support Squad) teams.

Ensure minimal end user disruption in executing the plan. Build pilot phases, and nominate pilot users from different groups (sales, finance, engineering etc.) to ensure that their applications work fine when these changes are rolled out.

Build a communication plan, and the communication drafts (which will be reviewed and approved by senior members of the team). These will be sent to managers, pilot users and all end users at different phases of the project.

Track all activities, build Jira boards and/or Smartsheet project as necessary, maintain a burn-down chart to communicate completion against plan.

Maintain a RIDD (risk, issues, dependencies, decisions) log. Escalate any risks that impact project execution so they can be mitigated, and the project is kept on track.

Provide weekly dashboards to management, and summarized updates for steering group & CMA presentation.

Ensure working hour overlap through 12-1pm ET, since most of the stake holders are in the US or UK, and this role requires a high amount of coordination between them.

• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Fluency in any one of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

As a Full Stack Developer, you are constantly leveraging your technical skills and creativity. You have mastered front-end and back-end development, creating reliable, lightweight, malleable, and high-performing web & enterprise applications. You are fluent in core PHP and at least 1 MVC framework from Laravel and Codeignitor, comfortable using CLI in Unix/ Linux server environments. What You Will Do

• No day is the same - you will create technical designs that support varying client requirements.
• You will design and develop full-stack web applications using the latest web technologies, primarily Angular js and React js, Express js

Requirements

• You can build products from scratch.
• You have expertise in any one of the back-end frameworks (PHP 5.x/7.x with XAMP/LAMP Environment, Laravel, Codeigniter PHP web framework, Node js, Express js, etc.)
• You are fluent in these languages - PHP, Javascript, NodeJS
• You have Strong knowledge of Ui and UX

• You have dabbled in these front-end tools - HTML 5, Bootstrap 3.0/4.0, CSS 3.0, React js,Node.js Angular JS, JQuery
• You understand when to use NoSQL ( Mongo DB) vs. relational database (MySQL)
• You are comfortable to use any of the web services (REST/ SOAP/ XML)
• You are comfortable to use ecommerce tool like magento 1 and 2, Woocommerce,prestashop and other CMS tool like wordpress (plugin building),drupal  and Joomla
• You preferably have experience in working with GIT, SVN or similar SCM tools
• You must have done one of this payment gateway integration - Paypal/ Stripe/ Razor pay
• You are comfortable working up and down the stack.
• You can convert ideas into designs and build them out
