International Chat Support Executive

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive top-of-funnel pipeline and close deals for our [SaaS / Tech / B2B] product. You will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to running high-converting product demos and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify, research, and reach out to key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and nurture them through structured sales cadences.
• Product Demos: Conduct compelling product walkthroughs tailored to the prospect's specific pain points and business goals.
• Closing Deals: Handle objection handling, pricing negotiations, and contract closure to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts in [HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho CRM].
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to share customer feedback and optimize conversion funnels.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in an agency, tech or SaaS startup environment).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
• High coachability, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Loom, and cold outreach software.
