Responsibilities

Job Description:  

• Programming Languages: C Platform: Linux and Windows environment 
• Comfortable with software development on Unix/Linux platforms • Strong debugging skills  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. 
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose/resolve complex issues • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

• Very good knowledge of database concepts and technology, in particular SQL and relational algebra, and query optimization 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Planning, estimation, and design usually done in a group  
• Working closely with end-users (traders) to understand their requirements and needs 
• Working closely with the other members of the MC team to identify and employ strategies and solutions to best support the trading desk  
• Working closely with the rest of the SPG to identify and employ strategies and solutions to best support the needs of the MC team  
• Providing support for the traders on trading and risk infrastructure issues 
• Development and support of our trading, risk management, infrastructural and reporting applications 
• Work with the Lead Technologists to develop and deliver solutions within a timely manner within the scope of the overall business strategy 
• Assisting Application Support with root cause analysis of production incidents

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support capital raising activities for Category II Debt Funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Corporate Treasuries.
• Prepare and present fund pitches, investment decks, and investor proposals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for fund onboarding and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Profile:

Associate Architect – Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Experience: 10–14 Years

Location: Bangalore

Required Skills

• 8–14+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, VPC) and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Linux administration.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Monitoring & Observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Honeycomb, or ELK.
• Hands-on experience defining and managing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, proactive monitoring, and incident management.
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, and AWS S3.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, RCA, and automation of operational tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized applications.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks using Python and CI/CD tools.
• Implement SLIs, SLOs, monitoring dashboards, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and reduce MTTR.
• Support developers with infrastructure architecture, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution.

AI / GenAI (Preferred)

• Experience implementing AIOps solutions for intelligent monitoring and incident management.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI/LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Q, Vertex AI, etc.) for:
• Automated log analysis
• Incident troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Runbook automation
• Predictive monitoring and alerting
• Experience integrating AI solutions into DevOps/SRE workflows is an added advantage.

Your Impact:

• Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
• Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design
• Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements
• Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution
• Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases

Your Skills & Experience:

• 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application with SFCC in last 3 years
• Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
• Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications
• Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
• Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
• Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them
• Guides the development of reference and resource materials for SFCC
• Mentors SFCC developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills
• Communicate technical design to the SFCC developers and help/guide them in the implementation

Your Hard Skills
