Job Overview:

● The job description is very simple and is just 2 worded: Visual Design.

● Design packaging, posters, banners, characters, websites, logos, typography, illustrations and whatever comes your way because we strongly believe that the designs can make or break a brand.

● Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.

● Strong Understanding of Visual Communication principles.

Job Description :

Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in designing, developing, testing and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce platform. The developer will work with the distributed team and will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructure.

We are looking for a passionate hands-on programmer who is willing to spend most of the time in code and delivering quality code by working closely with development leads and architecture teams in understanding and designing the solution. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively in a global setting and should be a go to person for troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Qualifications – External Primary Skills / Must have :

* 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

* Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge in LWC, AURA, Apex and Visualforce development.

* Designing solutions with out of the box features, custom configuration and code on the Salesforce platform.

* Experience in DEVOPS process using tools like FLOSUM, Jenkins or any CI/CD based tooling.

* Familiar in using SFDC metadata API using ANT migration too.

* Hands on experience in integrations using REST and SOAP, Workbench

* Knowledge of OOP concepts and application

* Good knowledge HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and JQuery

* Write clean, scalable code using Salesforce programming languages

* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and attention to detail.

* BE/ME/BSC/MSC in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field * Ability to prioritize, be flexible and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines in a multi-task environment.

Desired Skills:

* Participate in requirements analysis

* Experience in Wealth Management or a similar Financial environment * Experience in working with Data teams to load and export large volume of data to and from Salesforce.

* Knowledge of Salesforce suite of products for integrations with other applications.

* Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.

* Test and deploy applications and systems with various teams

* Revise, update, refactor and debug code to improve existing software * Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle

* Willing to take up challenges and learn new technologies

 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or software engineering roles.

 B. Tech. in computer science or related field from top tier engineering colleges.

 Strong technical skills in software development, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure management.

 Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terra form or Cloud Formation.

 Experience with containerization technologies such as Dockers and Kubernetes.

 Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

 Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices.
• Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes.
• Should be highly granular & hands-on.
• Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product specs from scratch.
• Have the ability to be able to work with complex cross functional teams/ should be able to influence cross functional teams: Engineers, Architects, category, business & finance.
• Should be data obsessed.
• Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
• Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights.
• Must aggressively defend a good strategy against random changes, fads and single-customer escalations.
• Candidate must push to allocate technical resources strategically among products.
• Integrate usability studies, market analysis, CST use-cases, NPS related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.
• Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working

• Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards the customer goals and organisation priorities.
• Should have the ability to define economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics.
• Hand in hand with QA team to deliver excellent experience.
• Work experience in the Ecommerce industry is highly preferred.

• Strong passion for Programming in general and Android App development in specific.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android.
• Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms, and strong zest for continuous improvement.
• Over 4+ years of Android App development experience with strong basics and complete exposure to Android development.
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.
