Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the NBFC and BFSI verticals to meet and exceed business objectives and revenue targets.

· New Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the NBFC and BFSI sectors. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within financial institutions, banks, NBFC, insurance companies, and related businesses.

· Account Management: Take ownership of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions, managing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.

· Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach and identify new opportunities for business growth.

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

· Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management. Provide actionable insights based on sales data.

· Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, drafting proposals, and closing deals in alignment with the company's objectives.

A full-stack developer is a versatile professional who has expertise in both front-end and back-end web development. 1. Front-end Development:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client acquisition by building strong alliances with corporate & institutes to become exclusive training partner for eMDP Program PAN India.

• Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business.

• Making power packed presentations to top level management and onboarding them for different eMDP programs.

• Relationship management with the existing clients to cross sell & up sell new upcoming programs.

• Submitting sales report to the management.

• Organizing events and seminars to promote eMDP programs PAN India.

Responsibilities:-

• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

• Ensure highest standard of performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Requirements:-

• Overall 3-7 years of software engineering experience working with web applications and backend systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in production environment working with Ruby on Rails along with common libraries such as RSpec, Sidekiq, Redis.
• Strong understanding of concepts like MVC, ORM, and RESTful
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of server-side templating languages like SLIM and CSS pre-processors like SASS.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience working with Linux like Operating Systems and shell environments like Bash, ZSH.
• Strong knowledge of integrating multiple databases into one system.
• Basic understanding of systems architecture and fundamental design principles behind a scalable web application.
• Ability to understand business requirements, derive database schemas and translate them into technical specifications and code.
• Strong hands on experience of Relation Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL with ability of benchmarking and performance optimisation.
