We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can bring strong visual thinking, consistency, and polish to digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to elevate interfaces and ensure a high standard of craft across everything we build.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive the visual direction for projects across web and mobile
• Translate product and UX requirements into refined, high-quality interfaces
• Create polished UI, design systems, and visual languages that scale
• Define and maintain visual consistency across screens, flows, and products
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life
• Build and evolve design systems, components, and UI patterns
• Refine typography, color, layout, and hierarchy to enhance usability and aesthetics
• Work on interaction states, micro-interactions, and overall visual experience
• Review and guide design work to maintain a high bar of quality
• Iterate based on feedback, product needs, and user insights
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and evolving visual practices

What we are looking for:

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design work across web and mobile
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and design systems
• Expertise in Figma (Framer or similar tools are a plus)
• Strong eye for detail and visual consistency
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex design problems
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding of design handoff
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Ability to mentor or guide junior designers is a plus
• Experience with branding and visual identity systems
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance design workflows

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Professional with strong expertise in new business development and client acquisition within the insurance broking industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving corporate sales, building client relationships, and delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying, approaching, and converting potential corporate clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for corporate insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superior service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored insurance solutions for corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate insurance space.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiations, and closure of deals with CXOs and decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance broking industry.
• If from an insurance company, must have direct sales (corporate clients) exposure.
• Strong network and established relationships with corporate clients.
• Demonstrated success in new business development & client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
• Strong understanding of corporate insurance products and solutions.

Manager US Taxation (Partnership - Financial Services)

Mumbai,Bangalore & Hyderabad

Must-Haves :

Should have reviewing experience on Partnership 1065 forms for Financial Services clients. 

EA/CA/CPA certified for this role (Mandatory).

Experience in any of the below:

Hedge Fund Taxation

Private Equity Taxation

Funds of Funds Taxation

-Providing tax planning and reviewing complex 1065 tax returns of Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds, and similar complex structures.

-Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law

-Compliances for below:

 i) Form 1065, Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, 

ii) State and Local Tax compliances 

iii) International filling compliances

-Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services

• Min 8+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com.
