Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and experience working in an IT/tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule technical interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining closures
- Maintain recruitment tracker and share weekly hiring status reports
2) Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee verification
- Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for access, systems, and workspace setup
