Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Support user research efforts by conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop graphics for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Learn and grow by actively participating in team meetings and design critiques.
Qualifications
- Pursuing/Completed a degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of designing.

What you will do:
- Compiling the design and development of animation projects, coordinating with designers for obtaining their specific requirements, and developing animation shots accordingly
- Preparing detailed storyboard layouts, sketches, and other visual aides required in developing the animation theme, processing these visuals accordingly for obtaining final animated visual, and incorporating graphical visuals in it for enhancing the animation
- Providing extensive support to the graphic designers by designing/ collaborating with graphic elements involved in the animation, collaborating with graphic designers for creating new graphic designs from the existing animation, and analyzing the final graphics after incorporating the designs in the flash system
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in creating Flash Animations and videos preferably in EdTech/ Social Sector/ Education/ E-Learning sector
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Flash is mandatory
- Work experience on multiple assignments and projects on a full-time role
- Hands on experience and knowledge in various design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, After Effects will be required
- Experience of editing video files in Flash including editing of audio, visual elements, screen text and creating the final output as per the requirements
- Experience of creating a new video using visual components, merging of audio files and text that appears on the video
- Excellent communication skills including flawless writing in terms of using the text content in the creatives
- Coordination skills to interact with Graphic designers, team members within and across teams to deliver the work within the agreed timelines
