Key Responsibilities:

• As an Account Executive at KrispCall, your responsibilities will include:
• Proactively identifying and connecting with potential customers through both outbound and inbound channels.
• Presenting and demonstrating KrispCall’s products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, long-term retention, and repeat business.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized pitches, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Staying informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

• Fresh graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience who have a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

• Strong Senior Angular Developer Profiles.

Technical Skills

• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• You are comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

Professional Skills

• 3+ years of Experience majoring in applying AI/ML/ NLP / deep learning / data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions.
• Programming skills in Python, knowledge in Statistics.
• Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.). Familiarity with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial domain and familiarity with financial models are highly desirable.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• BE/BTech/MTech (Specialization/courses in ML/DS)
• At-least 7+ years of Consulting services delivery experience
• Very strong problem-solving skills & work ethics
• Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and executive communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in Python/R, SQL
• 5+ years of experience in NLP algorithms, Regression & Classification Modelling, Time Series Forecasting
• Hands on work experience in DevOps
• Should have good knowledge in different deployment type like PaaS, SaaS, IaaS
• Exposure on cloud technologies like Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge in python and packages for data analysis (scikit-learn, scipy, numpy, pandas, matplotlib).
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks: Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc
• Experience with one or more Container-ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in building orchestration pipeline to convert plain python models into a deployable API/RESTful endpoint.
• Good understanding of OOP & Data Structures concepts

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.
