What you will do:
- Managing Director’s calendar, tasks, calls and assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.

What you will do:
- Experience in handling admin portfolio beforehand, like pantry / canteen, stationary, house keeping, shift attendance management (for security guards etc.), etc.
