SAP Concur L2 Technical Support:
- Responsible for the configuration of parameters and settings within SAP Concur’s Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules according to the overall design defined by the Functional Consultant.
- Manage third-party and Concur integrations (e.g., credit cards, direct reimbursement to employees, direct payments to vendors)
- Conduct initial testing of the product configurations.
- Employees of this position are assigned to project teams within an assigned customer and utilize a variety of various platforms.
- Incumbents collaborate with the Functional Consultants to ensure that the final system is according to business requirements.
- Individuals in this job position are competent to perform work at the highest technical level within one or more functional areas.
- They ensure that application functions are customized to meet business needs/processes and apply a broad knowledge of various technical skills to fulfill the same.

About this role
We are building our founding team and are looking for folks who are excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 1 journey. You will directly work with the founders.
Outbound sales are critical to generating meetings with qualified prospects. You will lay the foundation for and execute our outbound sales strategy.
The primary objective is to generate meetings with qualified prospects by optimizing our outbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc.
- Outbound prospecting
- Find leads from databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Reach out to them (manual + automated) via different channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the needs of prospects, and build long-term, trusting relationships with to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Iterate to maximize qualified meetings set up
- Experiment with different databases
- Experiment with messaging, level of personalization, length of sequences etc.

- Run custom campaigns e.g., writing to VCs for intros to their portfolio companies, writing to conference attendees, scraping forums and job descriptions for relevant leads etc.
- Set up in-house tooling to ensure email deliverability, monitor open rate/reply rate, track domain reputation etc.
- Owning the CRM: Create and update leads, set up pipelines, email templates, and automation. Fully utilize CRM capabilities to nurture leads and deliver timely and relevant content
Key Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working as a sales development representative at a B2B SaaS company
- The solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early-stage setup
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with lead databases, sales engagement tools etc
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing leads, pipelines, and automation

Job Profile
As a Lead Data Engineer in the Data Platform Team at XpressBees, you will build the data platform
and infrastructure to support high quality and agile decision-making in our supply chain and logistics
workflows.
You will define the way we collect and operationalize data (structured / unstructured), and
build production pipelines for our machine learning models, and (RT, NRT, Batch) reporting &
dashboarding requirements. As a Senior Data Engineer in the XB Data Platform Team, you will use
your experience with modern cloud and data frameworks to build products (with storage and serving
systems)
that drive optimisation and resilience in the supply chain via data visibility, intelligent decision making,
insights, anomaly detection and prediction.
What You Will Do
• Design and develop data platform and data pipelines for reporting, dashboarding and
machine learning models. These pipelines would productionize machine learning models
