What will you do?

Skills and requirements 

5+ years of experience using Selenium or similar automation too

• Able to write test cases based on business requirements
• Write automation and perform Web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, black box, load, performance and end-to-end testing
• Experience using Jira, Xray, testrail or any kind of similar test automation tools.
• Familiarity with network packet analysis tools, such as Wireshark.
• Problem solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas throughout testing.
• Collaborate well with others. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy to understand terms.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
• Programming experience with Java.
• Proven experience of leading team.

The Team

The team is a new and growing Innovation Accelerator that is exploring new ideas to expand the business. • Working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high-level process/ system solutions, leading cross-functional teams (10-25) and managing the timelines for field sourcing teams to support sourcing and on-boarding of supply
• Working on strategies to acquire supply for existing business and new product lines and executing through field teams
• Driving margins improvements by improving supply acquisition cost
• Improving driver engagement and adoption to technology
• Regularly communicating with senior management and clients on status, risks and change control
• Defining KPIs/ KRAs on which would form the base for different processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduates from Tier 1/2/3 engineering colleges and/or Tier 2/3 management colleges
• 2-10 years of frontline operational experience in B2B domain at a city/hub level
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment    

Responsible for test case specification, automation and data generation for the various products.

- Develop test automation framework components and test cases using best object oriented programming practices

- Design and implement functional, performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests- Analyze results, identify functional and performance issues and write clear and detailed bug reports

- Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience in writing test automation cases

- Knowledge of manual as well as automation testing

- Experience in front-end web application test automation (e.g. Selenium Web-driver)

- Experience in industry best practices in SW development processes: Unit testing, OO design, code reviews etc.

- Experience with either functional or performance testing and analysis

- Experience testing complex REST APIs

- Strong programming and SW design skills in Scala, Java, C# or other OO language
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
