The Jr. Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to recommend optimal pricing strategies. This role works closely with sales, procurement, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions support business objectives, profitability, and competitiveness in the market. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including competitor analysis, customer demand, and market trends. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. • Monitor key metrics such as margins, costs, and sales performance to assess the effectiveness of pricing models. • Partner with procurement/sourcing teams to evaluate supplier costs and negotiate pricing terms. • Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making. • Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and provide guidance during contract negotiations. • Create and maintain pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Present findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven analysis. • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory changes impacting pricing. Qualifications & Skills • Any Bachelor’s degree • Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics for at least a year. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel. • Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non technical stakeholders. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• EDW/BI experience of 15+ years with at least 2-3 end to end EDW implementation experience as Solution or Technical program manager
• Must have at least ONE Azure Data Platform implementation experience as Solution or Technical Project manager (Azure, Databricks, ADF, PySpark)
• Must have technology experience in any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage and etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should be well versed with project estimation, project planning, execution, tracking & monitoring
• Should be well versed with delivery metrics in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery models, scrum management
• Preferred to have technology experience of any of the BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI and etc.

About the Role

As the SRE Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining infrastructure that powers a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You’ll drive reliability, scalability, and security, while supporting AI/ML pipelines in production. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, requiring both technical depth and leadership in site reliability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure for large-scale, microservices-based SaaS platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security for AI/ML model integrations and data pipelines.
• Automate environment provisioning and management using Terraform in AWS (EKS-focused).
• Implement full-stack observability across applications, networks, and operating systems.
• Lead incident management and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Optimize SaaS reliability while enabling REST APIs, SSO integrations (Okta/Auth0), and cloud data services (RDS/MySQL, Elasticsearch).
• Define and maintain backup and disaster recovery for critical workloads.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in SRE/DevOps roles, managing enterprise SaaS applications in production.
• Minimum 1 year experience with AI/ML infrastructure or model-serving environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud, particularly EKS, container orchestration, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Solid Linux OS and networking fundamentals.
• Experience in monitoring and observability with ELK, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
• Strong track record with microservices, REST APIs, SSO, and cloud databases.

Nice-to-Have Skills

iNFX is a set of micro-services that (mainly) will run on our embedded Linux devices – our payment terminals and edge devices. The purpose is to provide key software building blocks for the things our customers need to do on their retail sites – like processing payments, integrating with devices on the forecourt (petrol dispensers, EV chargers, Tank gauges, price signs), running the workflow on payment terminals and providing for mobile payments & customer engagement. 

 The team we are looking for would be working on the C++ based microservices. Experience with payments processing would be very beneficial. 

While we ideally want C++ developers, it is important to note this is Application development rather than traditional “embedded” development. We want people who understand APIs, protocols, and ideally payments. Ideally having worked with Linux, although Kernel driver development experience is not so important. Neither is bare-metal / low-level firmware experience. The software is also intended to be portable to Windows environments - so experience in cross platform development is important. 

No need to target Assembler skills for the Application Engineer, good C++ & Linux Application development skillsets are important but experience in the payment domain is an truly an advantage some of payment domain experience/expertise would be - understanding of ISO8583 type messaging, payment transaction types, payment software development exposure, EMV understanding, Payments security and certification etc
