Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for data and AI-powered features end-to-end

• Translate complex data and AI capabilities into simple, intuitive product experiences for brands and creators

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and business teams to define and deliver product requirements

• Define product metrics and success criteria — including data quality, model accuracy, and user engagement

• Identify gaps in existing data pipelines and work with engineering to build scalable solutions

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market mapping to inform product decisions

• Prioritise features and manage the product backlog with a strong data-driven approach

• Work with the AI team to evaluate and integrate LLM and GenAI capabilities into the product

Must-Have Skills

• Total experience of 2–3 years with at least 1–2 years in data engineering or data analytics

• Transitioned into or actively pursuing a product management role

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, and data modelling

• Ability to write and interpret data queries to inform product decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong product thinking — ability to break down complex problems into simple product solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and models, including LangChain,

OpenAI (GPT-4), and LLaMA

● Proven experience in LLM orchestration, workflow management, and multi-agent

system design using frameworks such as LangGraph

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose end-to-end solutions and

contribute at an architectural/system design level

● Experience building scalable AI-backed backend services using FastAPI and

asynchronous programming patterns

● Solid experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Load

Balancers

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization for deploying and managing

AI/ML applications

● Good understanding of Transformer-based architectures and how modern LLMs work

internally

● Strong skills in data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for analysis

and insights

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including

document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

Job Summary:

As an Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Learning and Talent Management, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to employee development, performance, and learning. You will work closely with HR teams and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Configuration

• Act as the primary liaison between HR operations and Oracle configuration teams.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and configuration decisions.
• Configure Talent Management (competency models, performance templates, succession planning).
• Build and manage Learning catalogs, courses, offerings, and learning paths.

Project Management

• Track implementation tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Data Management & Integration

• Lead data mapping and transformation efforts from legacy systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Learning and Talent modules.
• Proficiency in HDL, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within project timelines.

About the Tech
