Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Connect and Heal - CNH Care. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication. They will also be responsible for sales-related tasks to promote the company's services.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries via any support channel
- Approach all queries with customer centric attitude
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Help build and improve processes
- Adhere to set standards of TAT and SLA
- Demonstrates customer empathy during all interactions with customers.
Candidate requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer support role
- Can handle verbal and non-verbal process (chat, email, phone)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
- A quick learner
- Ability to make high quality decisions & Multi task.
Language Proficiency: English (Fully proficient), Hindi (working proficiency), Marathi & Telegu( limited working proficiency), Tamil & Kannada ( Elementary proficiency)
CTC offered: 2- 3.50 LPA

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage a robust pipeline of insurer prospects across key Asian markets
Identify customer pain points and position Nvest products as the solution of choice
Partner closely with product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies

What You Bring
3–8 years of enterprise technology sales or business development experience
Experience in insurance technology — a plus, but not mandatory
Exposure to selling in Asian markets is wonderful, but not a dealbreaker

Job Title: Tableau BI Developer

Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 4–8 years of experience in BI development and data engineering
✅ Expertise in BigQuery and/or Snowflake for large-scale data processing
✅ Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex analytical queries
✅ Experience in creating dashboards in tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar
✅ Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline orchestration
✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

3. Experience in any one or more of Angular or React, be able to create interfaces fast according to requirements.
4. Knowledge of libraries like Redux or architectural styles like MVC, MVVM a definite plus but not essential.
5. Good understanding of Back end development, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/DynamoDb preferred. If this is not your tech stack but you have a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, working with and creating APIs, databases, authentication and more then that's also good.
6. Knowledge of Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, GCP also a definite plus but not essential.
7. Basic understanding of automation testing tools and scripting.
