Android Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile app development, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to build seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver engaging and functional applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient Dart code following best practices and design patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and platform-specific features.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter and mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Some of the key responsibilities of this candidate are:

• Innovate, evaluate, and deploy various android and IOs Features 
• Ability to take ownership over your work.
• An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.

• Experience with React Js, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
• Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN or Mercurial)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Good knowledge of database (MySQL, SQLlite, RealM etc ..)
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and build application for iOS platforms
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Responsible for working on iOS frameworks, Xcode, Swift, Rxswift, Xcode SDK Platform tools
• Responsible to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Roles and responsibilities include -
1. Addition of new features to existing app and making sure minimal crash rate and ANR
2. Adding new AI models built by data science team into the android environment 
3. Planning new features with founders and other stakeholders
4. Creating reasonable timelines and making sure delivery according to planned schedules 

Key Responsibilities

• Prototype new app and feature ideas and explore new technologies that are at the forefront of mobile technology
• Integrating back-end API's with front-end.
• Maintain android apps, listen to community and fix issues that arise
• Design and implement new features, create UI, debugging
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java
• Experience with releasing, maintaining mobile code
• Strong focus on high-quality mobile UI experiences
• Deep understanding of Android SDK
• Proficient understanding of code versioning

Location      : Baner, Pune

Notice period : Immediate to 30 Days

• Proven software development experience
• Proven working experience in iOS development
• A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Swift
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Have published at least one app in the Store
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of JNI, security algorithms
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces
• Knowledge of the open-source iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle
• Good to have: Experience in working on cross platform UI framework such as React Native or Cordova.
