About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and persuasive professionals to join our International Sales team as VIP Product Counsellors. This role involves connecting with international clients, understanding their requirements, and offering them tailored solutions for our premium products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers from international markets (US/Canada/Australia) via phone calls.
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in international sales or BPO voice process preferred.

Job Description:  

Responsibilities: 

• Define standards and quality metrics  
• Putting testing strategies and practices in place 
• Leading the team of test engineers, training them on functional and non-functional needs 
• Reporting of status, defining risks contingencies, plans and escalations 
• Ensure that several testing and validation processes are improved continuously. 
• Ensure several quality improvement tools like code coverage, memory leaks are part of the development cycle. 

Requirements and skills:  

• Experience with Linux environments  
• Experience with Cypress
• Strong programming skills in Python 
• Experience in using Selenium Webdriver for test automation 
• Able to follow the agile process for the whole life cycle of testing. 
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira bug tracking and planning tool 

Qualification profile

• Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, focus on software development desirable or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of web technologies: JAVA, HTML5, CSS, Java/TypeScript, and Vue.js, as well as web services/SOA Hibernate and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of React and/or Angular is also an advantage
• Experience with responsive web design and web content management systems
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and operation, e.g. B. Docker and Kubernetes advantageous

• Hands-on design and development of Lightning Web Components.
• 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
• 3+ years of software development, Salesforce development experience preferred
• 1+ years of Vlocity project experience as Technical Lead
• Vlocity Platform Developer certification
• Vlocity CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ
• Vlocity OM certification is highly preferred.

Job Description For PHP/Laravel Developer

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Desired Technical Skills :

- Excellent skills in PHP, MySQL  and Javascript

- Knowledge of any MVC framework Laravel, Codeigniter etc.

- Strong object-oriented programming skills

- Good understanding of both front-end and back-end web development.
