Role Overview

2️⃣ Content Creation & Personal Branding
- Create high-quality posts (carousels, thought leadership, case studies, insights)
- Manage Founder / Leadership LinkedIn branding (ghostwriting & optimization)
- Publish UAE-focused workforce insights & certification impact stories
- Repurpose webinars, client testimonials & reports into engaging content
3️⃣ Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Engage with UAE HR, L&D & CXO-level professionals
- Manage comments and DMs professionally
- Nurture inbound leads and coordinate with Enterprise Sales team
- Build relationships within UAE professional groups and communities
4️⃣ Lead Support & Pipeline Contribution
- Identify and warm up potential corporate prospects

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Commerce background / MBA Finance (mandatory).
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation/project management experience
- Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
- Strong expertise in accounting principles, R2R (Record-to-Report), treasury, and financial workflows.
- Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
- Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
