 Responsibilities:

•        Developing and maintaining high-performing, scalable, and robust themes and plugins.
•        Implementing different aspects of coding standards for JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
•        Understanding the project requirements, preparing the flow, and planning the solution to accomplish the job optimally.
•        Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
•        Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture and custom requirements.
•        Ensure high performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
•        Must be able to create themes and plugins from scratch by following WordPress theme and plugin development standards.
•        Strong understanding of Backend technologies, including PHP, OOP concepts, Ajax, and API integrations.
•        Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
•        In-depth experience with WordPress terminologies like Post, Page, Category, Tags, Template hierarchy, etc.
•        Excellent problem-solving and learning skills.
•        Experience in working with WooCommerce and its add-ons, developing payment gateways, shipping, tax solutions, and REST API integrations.
•        Have a deep understanding of WordPress database structure, built-in queries, and security practices.
•        Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.

Good to Have :

•        Experience working with WordPress Multisite development
•        Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket, SVN, and Mercurial.
•        Have worked with 3rd party API integrations with WordPress via plugins and themes.
•        Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
•        Knowledge of WPRest API and WP-CLI
•        Package management tools like NPM and Composer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 4.1-7 years

• Strong technical background with node.js, event loop understanding, unit testing, developing web application & APIs, event & stream, call-back & closures, promise, async/await, accessing file system, Optimization techniques.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, Express.js, GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of REST, microservices, cloud development and design patterns
• Comfortable using modern tools and platforms such as Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.
• Comfortable using agile methodologies.
• Understanding of different components such as web server, storages, integrations
• Should have worked on designing and building server-side solutions (in any technology), build process of node.js, CI/CD process of node.js, multi-tasking (working on multiple things at same time)
• Good knowledge of functional and Object-Oriented Programming
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
• Familiarity with Azure pipeline
• Should have experience in Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas and sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures. Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
• Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

1. 1.5+ Years of experience in .Net, ASP.Net and C#, WCF/API and REST services.
2. Should be able to write clean and good scalable code.
3. Hands on experience with CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
4. Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts.
5. Knowledge of T SQL with SQL server 2008 R2/2012 including Stored Procedures, Triggers & User Defined Functions.
6. Good to have CSS3 and HTML5 knowledge.
7. Good analytical and communication skills are required.
8. Preference will be given to the candidates who can do client interaction.
