- Reports to the Head of Engineering, plans departmental activities, develop expertise, improves overall quality of output, contributes majorly in improving efficiency & initiate “Lessons Learnt “exercises.
- Ability to guide and manage a team of lead Civil Engineers
- Ability to represent Civil Engineering department with clients, licensors.
- Possess excellent communication skills managerial abilities
