Ideal candidate:
The candidate should have experience in onboarding and recruiting IFA and mutual fund distribution in mutual fund industry.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- The role requires appointing channel partners IFAs and Distributors and driving investment product sales across geographies across your target area.
- Recruitment of channel partners.
- Providing training for Business Development.
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner.
- To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time.
- Following internal sales process.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
- Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity.
- Accompanying IFA on HNIUHNI client meeting.
- Solving distributors queries.
