🎬Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Sales Officer with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of agricultural products. You will manage the entire territory and build relationships from the ground up with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.

📈Key Responsibilities

● Sales: Drive sales by onboarding farmers, distributors, and channel partners within the territory.

● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.

● Demand Generation: Participate in early morning demand generation meetings.

● Daily Review: Attend night meetings for progress tracking.

● Collections: Manage collections from channel partners.

📃Requirements

● BSc / MSc in Agriculture

● 1 - 2 years of experience in agri-inputs or micro irrigation

● Strong understanding of credit periods, channel margins, dealer and distributor

margins, and credit limits

● Experience with direct farmer interactions

● Strong commercial acumen

    Working knowledge (including design and configuration) of any TMS application e.g. ION-IT2, Oracle Treasury, SAP TRM, etc.

2.      Should have completed at least 4 years in any TMS IT implementation 

3.      Strong experience with corporate funding, treasury, and related accounting functions. 

4.      Experience in business transformation with adapting existing systems to new businesses and strategies 

5.      Strong academic background – An excellent degree from a top-tier university is required in a subject that demonstrates the need for logical thinking, precise understanding, and clear articulation

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for functionally supporting Trafigura’s IT deliverables for the TMS application. Including;

6.      Ensuring TMS application supports the agreed business requirements.

7.      Review and challenge all requirements/change requests and specifications including:

1.      Functional Requirements

1.      Application functions

2.      Reporting functions

2.      Application Interfaces

3.      Operational control activities

4.      Audit requirements

8.      Documenting the implementation specifications/configurations, and preparing a knowledge base for the application.

9.      Where required, administering, the configuration of the TMS.

10. Develop (review if required) test scenarios and test cases and support end-users with testing

11. Support all type of issue resolution with the respective application owners

12. Identify areas of improvement, research best practices, and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions

About the role

As a UX designer, you will work with folks in the product team to envisage the end-user experience for various financial services products in a competitive space to bring an engaging and delightful customer experience. You will use market analysis, customer feedback, and insights from data to iteratively refine the design and achieve excellence. As an early member of this team, you’ll also have the opportunity to define the UX guidelines, design language, and information architecture for various products across the organization.

What will you do if you join us?

• Develop mockups for our development and design team
• Coordinate with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, and more
• Conduct competitive analyses of other websites & apps that operate in the same space
• Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
• Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions
• Participate in creating a content development strategy

You should have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Design, Development, or Engineering required
• Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of the B2B2C marketplace and the functions of the Fintech market
• Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)
• Develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications with the latest front-end technologies
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge on Nodejs and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience working with Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences
• Building reusable code for future use
• Writing tested code and its documention

• 1+ years of experience in front end development and backend development is must
• Thorough knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS),React, Nodejs and Mongodb
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and the ability to pick up any framework quickly
• Strong Experience in back-end frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages (REST, GraphQL, WebSocket/socket.io)
• Expertise in developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
• Strong experience in React, React Hooks, Redux, Thunk | Saga, ES6, Typescript, ESLint, Nodejs, GraphQL, Redis, AWS, Git, Github, Docker

• Knowledge in React Native is a must.
• Should have 1-2 year prior experience in developing App in Android and IOS

• Willing to go beyond and shows high performance

• Taking care of entire mobile app development (both android and IOS).
• Build pixel-perfect, responsive UIs across both mobile platforms
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming

Required skill

• Around 6- 8.5 years of experience and around 4+ years in AI / Machine learning space
• Extensive experience in designing large scale machine learning solution for the ML use case,  large scale deployments and establishing continues automated improvement / retraining framework.
• Strong experience in Python and Java is required.
• Hands on experience on Scikit-learn, Pandas, NLTK
• Experience in Handling of Timeseries data and associated techniques like Prophet, LSTM
• Experience in Regression, Clustering, classification algorithms
• Extensive experience in buildings traditional Machine Learning SVM, XGBoost, Decision tree and Deep Neural Network models like RNN, Feedforward is required.
• Experience in AutoML like TPOT or other
• Must have strong hands on experience in Deep learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch 
• Knowledge of Capsule Network or reinforcement learning, SageMaker is a desirable skill
• Understanding of Financial domain is desirable skill
