Role Overview

The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales function by managing research, coordination, documentation, reporting, and sales operations activities. This is a junior role focused on execution and coordination, working closely with the sales head and business development team to ensure smooth running of the sales pipeline.

The role does not involve direct sales closing but plays a critical part in enabling effective sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Research & Lead Qualification

• Identify and qualify target prospects for Cere Labs’ AI services offerings
• Conduct account and company research to gather relevant business, industry, and stakeholder information

Sales Enablement & Presentation Support

• Customize existing pitch decks and presentations based on prospect context
• Generate content for ABM activities

Sales Coordination & Communication

• Handle email and LinkedIn communication with prospects
• Schedule meetings, demos, and calls with prospective clients

Lead Generation & ABM Support

• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Coordinate lead generation activities
• Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement status of outbound activities

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Track lead movement across the sales funnel
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports

Experience & Skills Required

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, inside sales support, or pre-sales role
• Prior experience in B2B services, IT services, SaaS, consulting, or technology companies is preferred

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good research and information-gathering ability
• Comfortable working with presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools

Work Location & Mode

• Location: Mumbai office
• Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

1. Preparation of Drawings, Estimates, Calculations, etc for covered and not covered items (MEP) for running properties.
2. Prepare technical documentation for structural and MEP works.
3. Preparing Queries/ Clarifications getting cleared from a consultant.
4. Preparing the bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the drawing.
5. Comparison of BOQ with Technical specifications.
6. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering execution works
7. MEP Engineer has to identify problems in the execution, planning, managing, and delivering of multiple projects.

Required Candidate profile

1. Preparation of detailed specifications for selected items.
2. Preparation of RA Bills & certification.
3. Reconciliation of materials and certification of RA bills of contractors to the management for every month
