The product

Their call center software enables unlimited agents to connect with people over a call to have personalized one-on-one conversations. The range of automated dialers (which include Power, Preview, Predictive, and Fast Click dialers) gives clients complete control over their dialing speed based on your needs while maintaining compliance. With features like answering machine detection, voicemail drop, phone number verification, and many more, the software ensures you spend maximum time having quality conversations. CallHub's mass texting solution lets users connect with people over SMS with solutions like Bulk SMS, MMS, SMS Opt-in and peer-to-peer texting.

CAW Studios is Product Development Studio. WE BUILD TRUE PRODUCT TEAMS for our clients. Each team is a small, well-balanced group of geeks and a product manager that together produce relevant and high-quality products. We use data to make decisions, bringing big data and analysis to software development. We believe the product development process is broken as most studios operate as IT Services. We operate like a software factory that applies manufacturing principles of product development to the software.

A level hierarchy

There are only 2 roles in the organisation - Development and QA. Every employee will either be writing code or testing for quality. We don’t believe in helicopter managers who hover above you and do not understand your work.
