Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and users to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Lead and mentor other team members in best practices and design principles.

Draft clear and concise project requirements to guide the development process.

Conduct various research methods including user testing, user interviews, observational research, contextual inquiries, and user surveys.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of design systems, while establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest design trends to create cutting-edge user experiences.

Possess strong UI and web design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Convert complex problems into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

Have a thorough understanding of the entire design process.

Qualifications:

1+ years of UX design experience.

Exceptional proficiency in UI and web design.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI design skills and methodology.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Nice to Have:

Proficiency in graphic design, including logo design, icon design, and illustration design.

Work with Business Analyst/end users to understand business requirements

2. Develop Prototype, Design documents.

3. Develop code in Java spring framework and Angular to meet requirements.

4. Involve in Testing cycle and track until the Production migration.

5. Follow Quality procedures and develop documents as per SDLC methodology.

6. Receiving support calls from MES Users and generation of tickets (manually or through system)

7. Resolution of the calls

8. Routing unresolved and higher level (L2 & L3) calls to central MES teams

9. Keeping track of SLAs

10. Maintaining ticket resolution track and Resolves change request also assigned time to time.

Job Description

Designation: Senior Frontend Developer

Location: Malad, Mumbai (Currently Remote)

Reports to: Product Manager 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop, Enhance, and Modify Applications for a Global Market Environment.
• Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Document programs for corporate systems architecture.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders to define requirements for system applications

Work Dimensions:

• Working on any of the frameworks - Vue/ Angular/ React.
• Should be able to quickly take visual specs and produce responsive web pages.
• Building cross-browser and cross-platform web applications.
• Working with scalable, high-performance systems.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to help with manual testing as well as introduce automation to our processes where possible. Candidates will need to be familiar with and able to write scripts, set up automation processes, and familiarise themselves with the products we build (web and mobile apps).

• The role will also require you to document test cases with an understanding of what the product does and how the end-user might approach it.
• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements of web and mobile applications.
• Document functional testing scenarios and cases, for manual testing of API functionality using Postman and manual testing of User Interface elements (web, mobile, and mobile web)
• Identify or create data for testing
• Execute test cases and record status
• Log defects identified and track them through retesting and closure
• Debug using ADB commands and tools like Charles Proxy to primarily identify the root cause of failures.

Skill:

• Good understanding of mobile and web applications functionality
• Good understanding of how APIs work functionally
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

SECONDARY REQUIREMENTS

A good Hybris Senior Developer:

• Is aware of the different front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular4 and React

• Knows the DevOps processes and technologies including Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, etc.

• Understands Agile Software development methodology
