Looking for an experienced Postgres DBA with:-

✅ 6+ years in Postgres & strong SQL skills

✅ Good understanding of database services & storage management

✅ Performance tuning & monitoring expertise

✅ Knowledge of Dataguard admin, backups, upgrades

✅ Basic Linux admin & shell scripting

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract length: 12 Month

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze complex data sets to answer specific questions using MMIT’s market access data (MMIT) and Norstella claims data, third-party claims data (IQVIA LAAD, Symphony SHA). Applicant must have experience working with the aforementioned data sets exclusively.

·       Deliver consultative services to clients related to MMIT RWD sets

·       Produce complex analytical reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

·       Define customized technical specifications to surface MMIT RWD in MMIT tools. 

·       Execute work in a timely fashion with high accuracy, while managing various competing priorities; Perform thorough troubleshooting and execute QA; Communicate with internal teams to obtain required data

·       Ensure adherence to documentation requirements, process workflows, timelines, and escalation protocols

·       And other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required

·       2-5 yrs. of professional experience in RWD analytics using SQL

·       Fundamental understanding of Pharma and Market access space

·       Strong analysis skills and proficiency with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

·       Relationship building skills.

·       Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

·       Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

• Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief

Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Understand the UI needs, backend design and data design and create the backend code for the same
• Backend development in NodeJs 12 & above, ExpressJs, NestJs, RESTful web services, Docker, MongoDB, Azure AKS or Kubernetes
• Collaboration with other team members (Architect, UI, backend developers, DBA, Data analytics team) to work in coherence
• Working experience into Agile and scrum methodologies
• Manage SDEs and Interns to drive the deliverables

Mandatory Skillset & Tools: NodeJs 12 and above, ExpressJs, NestJs, Writing Unit Tests , Scheduler, Mongo DB, working knowledge in Kubernetes (AKS), GIT version control, Event driven design, Microservices, con-currency, RESTful web-services, Docker

Primary Skill: NodeJs 12 & above ExpressJs, NestJs, Microsoft development platform, Testing & Debugging skills, Postman, CI/CD pipeline, Docker, Docker hub, Writing UNIT tests

Secondary Skill: Load & performance testing, testing REST Web services, Basic shell commands, Linux, Good written, verbal and presentation skills, Soft spoken, Pro-active

• Maintain, support, and enhance business-critical systems.
• Ensure timely and high quality of software development w.r.t to project architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching relevant influencers & content creators and establishing
relationships with them
• Aptly selecting influencers & content creators basis brand objectives
• Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Managing the P&L of all influencers executed across platforms

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience will be preferred. However,
freshers are more than welcome to apply.
• Agency experience is a plus point
• Proven & demonstrable experience multi-tasking & working under pressure
